According to Dr.Wm.Campbell Douglass, MD ("WHO MurderedAfrica";1969 House
subcommittee on Appropriations Dept of Defense testimony requesting
funding for an HIV weapon; WHO bulletin calling for creation of HIV ;
pivotal London times Article) that is the case. It is unthinkable that
this should be possible, but there is a NEED to KNOW --IF our government
did this we can but wonder what is their intent toward each of us? We
cannot undo the past, but perhaps we can modify the future! It is my
PRAYER AND HOPE that this report is nOT true, it is horrible beyond
belief. However, WHY is there a black out on even questioning it? Why
are
the internet postings taken down as fast as they go ou regarding this? IF
THERE IS NOTHING TO IT WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH LOOKING INTOIT? Rep JJ
Duncan was provided a copy of the Douglass report. Have Your
representative get a copy from him to send to you!
DR. Douglass was qualified to make such a report: He is a a4th generation
physican and his family has been serving the state of Georgia since
1850. Dr. Douglass is a graduate of the University of Rochester Ny, the
University of Miami School of Medicine and the United States Naval School
of Aviation and Space Medicine. HE was voted Doctor of the year in 1985
by the National Health foundation and was former state president of
Florida American College of Emergency Physicans.
He is quite detailed and emphatic in his assertions regarding AIDS : HE
deserves to be heard and WE deserve to know what ever the truth may be.
That i s not too much to ask!
Representative Duncan is quite well informed on some horrendous conduct
against Americans by the US Army , he is outspoken on Waco ( which
included the use of Delta forces)... He should have no qualms about
letting
other representatives have a copy of the Douglass report. The Secy of

It will be interesting to see how soon this is removed from the web! This
is supposed to be a free forum but it did not take long for the initial
postings on this topic to be removed! We have whole columns of outdated
postings by one loquatious author but the ones dealing with gays and

AIDS factor are instantly snatched off. SOMEONE is TWITCHY< WHO AND WHY?
IF there is nothing to this what is there to fear? For my part, I WANT A
HEARING ON THIS AND THE TRUTH MADE CLEAR DR DOUGLASS HAS
STATED FLAT

that the AIDS virus was made in this country and it was inflicted on
Africa . I am quoting from the article by dr. Douglass here " IT WAS NOT

ACCIDENT It was deliberate. In the Federation Proceedings of the United
States in 1972 , WHO said:"In the relation to the immune response A NUMBER
OF USEFUL EXPERIMENTAL APPROACHES CAN BE VISUALIZED " They suggested
that
a neat way to put their new killer viruas(AIDS) into a vacination program,
sit back, and observe results."This would be particularly informative in
sibships," they said. That is, give AIDS virus to brother and sisters and
see if they die, who dies first, and of what, jsut like using rats in a
labratory. They uised smallpox vacines for their vehicle and the geographic
sites chosen in 1972 were Uganda and other African states, Haiti, Brazil
and japan. The present or recent past of AIDS epidemiology coincides
with
thses geographic areas." That is a very very small portion of the report,
all of which merits examination.
I do not know the answer, but I am troubled by the questions it raises and
the claims made with a whole pile of other material , from a variety of
other sources that was handed me after my unholy experience at a military
facility. Thae individual knew I would at least know it is possible that
our government might not be above reproach. Where is the MEDIA in all of
this? WHY hasn't it been shouted from the house tops? According to
sources involved they tried to get the media ato run withit , and liek Ms
Broaderick, a blackout of coverage.
WE, the PEOPLE, must have answers, there mUST be accountability from our
elected represtntatives. WE MUST keep the internet open as a public forum
even if our government does not like what is posted ... WE must NOT be
silenced! This is NOT a "gay" disease, it is a humanity wide tragedy.
