This is in answer to complaints against the Senate's
passage of laws
outlawing free speech under guise of the drug laws.
Starting 1979 the
FBI
began raiding offices of attorneys
considered too successful in court
against
them. This was expanded
in the late 80's and early 90's to include

attorney income under guise of the
'anti-racketeering law', and also the
'drug laws'. No one was
interested in hearing about it, with most other
attorneys 'too busy' to
get involved. Now the FBI is known to simply
phone
and threaten
attorneys should they accept and defend clients blacklisted
by
the
FBI; or even to represent them as plaintiffs in actions
not
involving
the
FBI. (first known case: Meridian,
Mississippi 1990)

successfully stand for long against communistic laws
nullifying the
