But isn't it the squeaky wheel that gets the Greece?
I tend to think of Turkey as at the Bosphorus (although I do know it extends to
the USSR/Iran borders to the East -- and have lived for several years in both
parts). But, in light of the former, it is a Balkanian entity, though not in
its entirety. Given this, I can't help wondering what levels of collusion
there are amongst the regional powers. Cashing in on Ceyhan is one instance of
possible "unfriendly" cooperation.
