Watson is now presenting his case before Provincial Judge Howard. He has presented it before BC Supreme Court Curtis but Judge Curtis said in essence that he was "jumping the gun". In other words if he loses before Judge Howard he can appeal to BC Supreme Court and if he loses that I think he can try an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. Judge Howard is waffling on to what extent she should hear and rule on the Constitutional matters being presented. There are two so far: (1) freedom of religion and political expression; (2) the definition of a "Godly Society" vs. a "Godless Society". Given that she has at least discussed them in some detail I think a higher court may decide that they are indeed relevant and worth its consideration. At any rate the bottom line as I see it is that "Canadian Justice" is an oxymoron. The new Supreme Court "Justice", Beverly McLaughlin was sworn in this week with an egocentric sop already tossed out to the Feminazi Deity: Golly, shucks...Canada is such a "just society" that even l'il ol' me, a humble farm girl from Alberta can become Chief "Justice" of the Supreme Court. But what "justice" could remain after torturing to death 1-2 million defenseless humans before the Feminazi Altar. And where was "Justice" McLaughlin all this time? What was she doing? If she wasn't opposing these atrocities she wasn't practicing justice worth shit. Law, maybe...ie the dispensing of rules and regulations, but not justice. That doesn't qualify her to head the Supreme Court. In my opinion it should be possible to recall all judges and that certainly includes Supreme Court judges. Watson is arguing that he had to break the "bubble zone" law at the Local Slaughter House for Humans in order to UPHOLD the laws. The mainstay of this case before Judge Howard will get down to laws vs. laws. Watson will bring in all the laws he can find (BC and Canadian) which say that small humans/persons/unborn children (whatever your terminology) are protected by rights and obligations. His adversary will bring in the laws which say they aren't. Judge Howard will weigh the two sides and guess which set of laws will win? Given that this trial and all subsequent trials have foregone conclusions, they are PREJUDGED. That is why I believe they are SHOW TRIALS. You know the statue in front of the courts...Justice is wearing a blindfold and holding a set of scales. In Canada though the scales can be tipped any way the Judicial-Political System wants and unjust people can't give just judgements. Thus we go on to why these SHOW TRIALS are also POLITICAL TRIALS and hence constitute "Political Show Trials". Judges are, first of all, political appointees. Some would call them simply "political hacks". The Political-Judicial System which is dominant in Canada is led by people who violate the Canadian Constitution every day with their actions and inactions. Is this God of Canada, the God cited in the Constitution/Charter of Rights and Freedoms, a torturer of small and defenseless humans? According to the Canadian Injustice System in which "Judge" McLaughlin has been a willing stooge for many years, this God at least condones such atrocities. But I don't want to play into the shallow political sloganeering of a Preston Manning. The God of Canada is the God we appeal to in order to help us in leading the lives of good citizens...the God who understands perfectly the word "good" as in "peace, order and good government". _______________ is a good feature because ______________________________ will give you a "Godly Society" vs. a "Godless Society". That is why I have asked Manning and Reform for years to articulate that society in some detail. Because they do not know and do not care to know, they are not fit to govern Canada and changing their party name isn't going to change their nature. You see what I mean about Pharisees and Saducees being two sides of the same coin. But then I didn't originate that psychopolitical observation. And there we also have a reply to Anne Petrie's Program last night. Both the rabbi and the Anglican minister admitted that this-world, social-political issues are relevant to theology. With the huge resources at their disposal you would think they could fill in the blanks of the sentence above. When they can do it as well as missionaries describing a "pagan" tribe in the rain forest we will have a start on articuting a "good society". It will also be a just society. Meanwhile, McLauglin, in my judgement should never have been appointed. SHE HAS BEEN COMPLICIT IN AN EPIDEMIC OF ATROCITIES AGAINST SMALL AND DEFENSELESS HUMANS. Try to refute that. She should be recalled, charged with grave violations of the Canadian Constitution and upon conviction, jailed for a long, long time.
