Personally I take the stance that the so-called implants that have been
removed are, in fact, nothing but normal growths under the skin. I have yet
to see a real implant removed under conditions that would assure me that what
is there is a "real" implant that has been removed from someone's body.
Having said that I DO believe that such implant exist, and that they are
being used for some purpose. I believe the technology employed is completely
terrestrial and that the implantation, collation of data, etc. is done by the
Military Industrial Complex and their myriad Federal Agencies, and partners
in the "private business" world.
