Like I say, for MUFON to witness this dude successfully calling
UFO's, and to not release some kind of "official"
comment/report...well, no matter how screwed up "they" got this
poor slob, fact is MUFON SUCKS!

A WITNESS SPEAKS OUT AGAINST MUFON'S LAS
VEGAS CHAPTER'S NSA AGENT

One day I got an email from one of the witnesses
that attended my summons on Dec. 4, 1999. I was
surprised to hear from him.
In his initial letter, he stated that he
remembered what was said to all the witnesses
present on the day that the Las Vegas chapter of
MUFON'S NSA agent was present.
I emailed him back and asked for an official
statement. I told him not to lie for me and to
only tell the truth.
Well, today I was surprised again to receive his
official statement.
You see, the NSA agent harassed, intimidated, and
threatened me based on her saying that I did not
make it clear that I was going to be filming for
my show.
This woman's claims makes me look underhanded and
opportunistic. She has also hurt my image.
The details of this was published in my last
newsletter (Issue 49). Copies are available upon
request.
Because of the deviant nature of what this woman
has done, I must prepare myself for a battle in
court with her if she tries to sue me. It's no
telling what this person, and those manipulating
her, may be up to now. I expect the worse from
individuals like this; so I must be prepared
because now I feel that the Las Vegas chapter of
MUFON has it in for me.
The following is the letter sent to me by one of
the witnesses that was present at my summons on
Dec. 4, 1999.
For those of you that have the footage for that
day, he's the dark-haired photo-analyst with a
goatee and digital camera. In the footage, he's
seen putting a floppy disc in his camera.

Now, here you see where he stated the truth,

Also, look again at this statement.

You see, this is what I get for opening up to
MUFON here in Las Vegas.
I hate the day I let them come over to witness me
call down sightings for them to see after they
called me asking if they could come and witness my
ability.
I also, hate the day, I ever met any of them.
This woman did not do right by me nor has the Las
Vegas chapter of MUFON.
As far as I'm concerned, the only way for them to
make things right between me and them is for them
to come back with cameras and document me call
down sightings on a consistent basis and for them
to issue a report, over the Internet, as to
"EXACTLY" what happened.
Other than that, let the record reflect that the
Las Vegas chapter of MUFON are a bunch of cowards
when it comes to investigating UFO sightings.
That's all I have to say about this matter.
