1. Received this from a source close to the rez, info/disinfo is rife,

2. Also from memory, concerning knocking hardware out of the sky, an
emailer
indicated that such would take two "phased" (I think) beams intersecting.
As
I recall the poster said that intersecting beams heat things up and
parallel
beams cool things down, something like that. Such transmission can
originate
from anywhere on earth using over-the horizon tech. Lot of whispering here
in Seattle about Boeing's research into a new phased radar, something about
the transmitter being positioned, stationary, the signal scans but the
antenna does not move.
3. Additionally, a more exotic possibility, this time perhaps observed from
sat (weather manipulation this time?), quote:
". . . it is possible to focus the potential for the effects of a weapon
through spacetime itself, in a manner so that mass and energy do not
"travel
through space" from the transmitter to the target at all. Instead, ripples
and patterns in the fabric of spacetime itself are manipulated to meet and
interfere in and at the local spacetime of some distant target.

4. Rumors about mind-disrupter tech involves a signal in the 7.6htz
frequency, futhermore, even more astounding, quote:

re-recording the software. This technological possibility, of course, will

Yes, Electronic weaponry exists in very sophisticated manners, BUT when we

Field investigations, as suggested very early on, are a good idea, I never

in that area will have any problems if they use some common sense, and drop
the "victim mentality" that has propelled many democrat politicians into
office- only to perpetuate the "victimization" for their own political
gains.
For the record- this aside: In my opinion, the BIA is a very bad idea, and
was a bad idea from the start.
If there are methods of mind control deployed in that area, you probably
will not detect them in the manner that has been suggested. For an area
that size, simply using the techniques of modern media are often enough.
Failing that, the next steps would be rather portable.
But many assertions have been made about what is transpiring at Pine Ridge,
without due considerations for the emotional climate of the area to begin,
or it's recent history. It's history 135 years ago, forward also plays
into some of the current events, but only in a small way(?), in that it has
been a sore spot for the tribal residents in Pine Ridge, and one reason
they have been reliant upon a very socialist model- BIA.
I will make the point again that I doubt many people reading this are aware
that there was a white man dragged behind a pick-up truck, perpetrated by 2
American Indians just this past year. They had been inspired by the events
in Texas a few years prior. There are also a few that totally disbelieve
that event occurred. This is a direct result of the bias of the mass media
outlets who chose to bury the story, or comment on it only fast enough to
report the basic facts inthe morning, and then move on to entertainment
news after 9:00 am.
You should note the difference and obvious bias of the media over this.
As an aside- note the difference in press coverage between Princess Dianna
and Mother Theresa.
After the events at "Wounded knee", in the early seventies, some of the
participants left that area for Pine Ridge, and LaPierre was arrested there
for the murder of the FBI agent at "Wounded knee". This is the LaPierre
who has been petitioning for a new trial.
Some of the events that occurred in the trial that followed the standoff,
and resulted from events at the "Wounded Knee" standoff, shaped many of the
attitudes that are still held today by many in the tribes in the central US
and southern Canada.
When such events, such as Pine Ridge do not have the historical background
added to them, they can have life of their own in speculative circles.
With respect to theoretical papers, there have been some ( I only cite
these for the sake of the example I cite) papers written to suggest that
American Indians are inferior in all manner of ways. Does this make it
so? It was enough 90 years ago, 100 years ago. Why NOT today.
You cannot rely on theoretical papers to explain something that is new.
Otherwise we are at a point where The comparative simily might be those
"unknown objects" that hurl down those stretches of continuous rock, at
high speeds. Those same objects leave little bits of shiny substances when
they strike a deer that has run out onto those continuous stretches of
rock. Which are sometimes known to leave behind huge round inedible donuts
with patterns on the outside edge, and a mysterious writing on the side
"P235 75R 15"....
