Stich and . . .
an interview 12/99
by R. A. Kris Millegan
Rodney Stich has been at the forefront of an ever increasing vocal outpouring
of information and revelations about US Federal Government abuses of power.
His books have documented corruption, narcotics/arms trafficking and much
more. Rodney is a trained Federal investigator with a strong background in
Aviation. Rodney was a Naval aviator in WW II and spent many years as a
commercial pilot. He served as an air operations inspector for the FAA
uncovering and exposing a "culture of air safety and criminal violations that
caused and made possible a series of fatal airline crashes."
Rodney then researched and wrote the book, "Unfriendly Skies." What Rodney
had to say was so threatening that another book was soon released under the
same title with much hoopla. Rodney undaunted went to the airwaves and
appeared on talk-radio all across the country. One day someone asked him if
he was worriedbecause of the things he was saying about government
corruption. Rodney told them, no he was financially all-right and he had the
time to spend and he wasnt going to quit. Soon after those remarks, Mr.
Stich was declared still married to an ex-wife, whom he had already divorced
in several states and his real estate holdings were taken over by the courts
and Rodney was taken on a wild ride courtesy of the US government. He lost a
fortune, $10 million dollars in holdings$6 million free and clear. And get
this, after taking the corrupt officials to court and thereby forcing them to
respond to his well-documented briefs in court.Rodney was sent to federal
jail for petitioning the US government. No jury trial, slam-bam, put him on
the travel bus, keep moving him around. But he meets other people in his
prison journeys that confirm and tell him more. Of course the mainstream
media doesnt say a word. In Rodneys second Book Defrauding America he tells
this amazing story in frank detail. He also tells the story of corruption, of
our elected and appointed officials use their governmental offices for many
nefarious schemes. He shows the collusion of high government and military
personnel in the arms and narcotic smuggling, assassination and use of the
Department of Justice personnel to block, corrupt and obstruct justice.
Rodneys Third Book Drugging of America is over 500 pages of massive detail
of the methods, the people involved in the "Governments Fraudulent
War-On-Drugs." He presents inside views from over three dozen current and
former government employees. The story they tell is shocking! Money, drugs,
arms, the mafia, the CIA, FBI, DEA they are all there but not in same quite
the way our government would have us believe. All US citizens should utter a
prayer of thanks for Rodney Stich and his fine work. If there were a few more
like Rodney, we all might not be in such a fix today.

RSGood morning
KMGood morning, Rodney, How are you
RSNot too bad
KMWell, good, good, I tell ya know life is interesting, Rodney, you know one
thing I was thinking about here wasbecause mostly this is for people that
have been looking into this situation for awhile I want to ask you about is
mostly things that people are confused about. There are lots of different
stories out thereso there is confusion and so the thing I am thinking about
here is if I can ask some questions that would help us understand what is
going on because thats because understanding whats going ononce you
understand something it always helps you think about it much better.
RSAh ah
KM I wanted to talk ask some about was about Mr. Russbaucher I dont know
if I am saying that name right there.
RSThats pretty close
KMBecause of the confusion like I say, and me being just - lets say an
internet and book investigator, readingand what notnot doing interviews
and such. That is how many people are. We are just gathering information. We
arent reporters and when we look at it from that standpoint and the
information that we have, there is a lot of differing information about
Russbaucher including the story that there are one, two even three different
Russbauchers ?
RSI have to keep my feet on the ground and I am not a fiction writer or a
wild imaginator. I dont have a wild imagination. Let me put it that way. When
I have talked to Russbaucher for over a thousand hours and longer I know that
I am talking to Gunther Russbaucher. I dont believe in space aliens and
things like that nor do I believe in those stories.
KMOK, How did you meet Russbaucher?
RSWell, Now we are getting into a more complex subject. Let me also mention
to the average reader Russbaucher isnt not going to mean anything to the
average person. That if you want to help the average person understand
things. Going into one of my many sources, I dont think will do it. . Would
be my guess, but -- Ill be glad to do it.
KMI am looking for people that - for answers for people that have been
looking into it that get to a certain point and hear these multiple stories
and then -- Who do I believe? You know,
RSWell, let me say first of all, Ive been actively involved in
investigating work for the last forty years, starting as a federal
investigator so I am not someone who just got into this recently and --- I
have a lot of contacts. I have a lot of background information. Russbaucher
is one of many of my sources, who have been confirmed by many of my other
people with no connection to him. Russbaucher, I have a lot of confidence
in. And I talk to him about twice a week.
KMWas he a military employee?
RSLet me see, if my memory is correct he started out in the military and
then was sheep-dipped into various intelligence agencies, like the ONI and
CIA.
KMOK, he was a German national is that correct? Or Austrian?
RSHe was born . . .let me think . . your are going back to an awful lot of
small stuff that I have to think about now.
I wish you would stick to the heavier stuffthat would be of some value to
the readers. Because this going to be interesting to someone who wants to
make a study on Russbaucher per se, but it is not going to them a bit of
good on understanding all of this.
KMI was just trying to find out who he was working for, when he did the
things he says he did .
RSWell he said he was ONI and CIA.
KMHave Russbaucher and Datum met?
RSNo I am quite sure that they have not
KMAs far as Russbauchers basic involvement, he is basically just been a
pilot, is that how you would characterize his participation?
RSNo, I wouldnt. I would not say that is correct at all. He was involved
in all types of undercover activity. Started in Europe with Operation Gladdio
and he was . . I feel he was kind of mid-level. He was involved in all types
of undercover activities. He knew about the drug trafficking. He wasnt
directly involved in it. But he helped set up or he was in position to have
knowledge of what was going on. He was involved in Vietnam he was involved in
Nicaragua. He was involved in European operations.
KMOk
RSNow one person who can give you more of personal information on him would
be his former wife Rayelan Allen. A lot of these little personal
thingswhile he may have told me over a period of yearsI did not try and
catalog those in my mind. I am looking for the bigger picture but Rayelan
Allen would know more about the little details about him.
KMRight, now, she talks about the factions fighting and what not.
RSYes, she wasin some ways she has a good grasp of some of those things I
mean she remembers some of the things more than I would rememberthat I
didnt feel my readers would find that significant. But someone who wants to
zero in on Russbaucher morehis wife would be the one to talk to there.
I am focusing more on what the fellow, out there in the streetall over the
countryis going to remember and the personal things on one of my many
sources when I am already having trouble keeping the books in limits would
not be appropriate for me to put in the book if I was writing just about
Russbaucher which would be a good story in itselfthen I would go into those
details
KMOk, can we talk a little about Tyree right now? Because there seems to be
some questions happening about him right now.
RSI have been meaning to find out the status of his law suit. I am assuming
it will be dismissed. Having had lots of experience with the courts. Have you
checked with his attorney on the the status of it?
KMNo I havent, Ill have to admit I dont even know who his attorney is.
Can you tell me who his attorney is?
RSThere was a fellow in Massachusetts. Id have to look it up but there was
a lawsuit filed to try and get him out but when you go into all these other
areasa judge is gonna say, heythis is not relevant. It may be, but it is
not legally. That is the excuse they are gonna give.
There just going to say lets just stick to the immediate issues. It was a
very, very long brief and I was surprised the attorney did that because again
judges dont want to hear about those things.
KMIt seems to be relevant and . .
RSNot legally. I know what they do again, Ive been going all the way up to
the Supreme Court with professional briefs for the lastever since 1978. So I
have a little idea more than the guy thats just popping his head up to the
legal field
KMRight your Defrauding America basically reads like a brief and ya know you
make the reader aware of the laws that are being broken and everyones duty
to talk about that.. Now you're are also familiar with Barbara Honneger
work?, October Surprise book?
RSWell I know of her work and think that she did a good initial job of
itshe was ledRae Allen allegedly worked with her on compiling some of the
papers
KMLets get into the drug trafficking and the overall view. When you have all
of these army officers and operational capabilities that are using military
assets. How do you feel they are getting away with this? Are they giving
these people illegal orders or . .
RSWell, I think that would be somewhat of a complex answerlet me see how I
can respondbased upon what many a people have told me over the years. One of
the ways to get away with it, is anybody that tries and blow the whistle
inside, the Justice Department goes after them. They can usually fabricate
some type of charges and the Justice Department cooperates and the judges
cooperate and the poor guy ends up in prison. Thats one of the ways. Another
way you got the cover-up by members of congress; you got cover up by much of
the media in which you have CIA assets throughout the media. You have some of
the media that does not wish to be ridiculed by bringing these things out and
so often when somebody does come out with part of it. Like the CIA-drug
trafficking as described in the San Jose Mercury, which is an outsider
looking in. Eventually the paper gets ridiculed and you've got members of
congress who can actually be blackballed or false charges filed against them
so they wont speak out, they been covering up for decades and let see
federal judges have been made aware of these criminal activitiesI have done
that using legal briefand they cover-up. The complicity against the American
people in my opinion in these crimes involves all kinds of people and this is
one reason I think this is going to be very very difficult to ever expose .
KMNow do you think that these people are compromised in some way , do they
act in this conspiracy actively, passivelywith regret or . . .
RSThere are some of the people who at first impression ishey, I am working
for the CIA or some other government agencythis must be for benefit of the
country. And then they find out laterthis isnt what it seems to bebut they
cant do anything about it. Those few who have which I describe in my book
usually suffer serious retaliation. Some of them their lives are destroyed.
Sometimes they get killed
KMNow in looking at Defrauding America, you talk about the Department of
Justice. Could we say that there is a group within the DOJthat there are
bureaucrats, that have been there for awhilethat basically help the
conspiracy do its business and do intimidation from the DOJ?
RSWell, let see I always hate to use the word conspiracy, but it is a
culture I feel within the DOJ thats been existing for decades and dont
forget that they are attorneys and those that have worked with attorneys for
years know that that is probably one of the most disreputable professions you
can find. The culture in the DOJ for years is cover-up and I document it
when it comes to high level government activity, government corruption what
have you.
KMDo you think that these people are benefiting beyond just employment. Do
you think that there are payments under the table to these people in cash?
RSNow in some cases that would be, but also they get favored positions in
government or an industry, so there are many, many benefits to people that
play the game and of course there are terrible consequences to those who try
to obstruct the game.
KMWhat type of credibility do you attach to the program in the Tyree papers
that talk about them targeted Senators and what not for blackmailso then
they can control those people?
RSI would say that there is no question about that. Probably that is one of
the reasons that I feel that many members of congress whothose few who do
have some character, sense of responsibilityit keeps them quiet for fear of
suffering retaliation. I dont question that.
KMAnd this program was basically using military personnel for blackmail and
extortion.
RSNow let me correct what I said a minute ago, this wasnt exactly under
Operation Orwellit is simply the culture of US politicsbut the Orwell deal
was simply one small segment of a widespread culture in the US. If you dont
play ballyou are going to suffer the consequences. I first learned that when
I was in the FAA and the corruption I found and so when I say when you are
not a player on the teamI dont intend to get on that team, anyway
KMWhen I look at operations that are run by the governmentI mean you have
intel ops that are run by certain rules and then you have military ops that
are ran by certain rules. Where you have all of these people working, people
signing off and what not. It seems to me that there almost has to be
somewhere in the bowls of the governmentunder the aegis of national
securitythey have actually given these people "legitimate" authority to run
these drugs. and I just wonder if you think if there is any of that or if it
just completely . . .
RSWhen you say legitimate authority, I do not think anyone has the power to
authorize it, theyre doing it, I mean they feel they have the power to
engage in criminal acts or and I am sure they would be subversive acts of
this nature. Theyre doing but I do not think they have the authority.
KMI am just trying to figure out how they are getting these units,
operational units that are of governmental agenciesto make them do what they
want them to do.
RSWell here we are going into a little higher level that I wouldnt mind
understanding that myself. And Ive asked. All the people I asked where does
the money go? Well as you know things are so compartmentalized, even though
people like Russbaucher were in many different areas, so hes not as
compartmentalized as some of them. But even they saywell, it is their
impressionthat the money is hidden overseas and then it comes back in
various forms for investment, I dont know if that answers your question, I
feel I am not answer your question.
KMWell, no but it helps,
RSBut in other words, the people I talk to just dont know
KMAnd we are talking staggering amounts of money that some of these
operations are generating
RSOh Yes
KMFor years
RSId like to be able to understand whats behind all this but it is so
overwhelming to have so many people, so many agencies implicated in theseand
again these are criminal acts, subversive activities against American people.
How can you get that many people, unless it is just a culture that is so
rampant that there is really no conspiracy behind itbut I sometimes wonder
if there is . I mean this is horrendous and this is something that I slowly
came to the realization after many many years of fighting these bastards.
KMLet me ask just a couple questions about a couple of other things that are
out there I dont believe they are covered in your books. Are you aware of
Charles Hayes and that whole corruption/money story?
RSChuck HayesIve talked to him, Ive talked to his ex- wife, I talked to
his girlfriend for many yearsthe only thing I know about Chuck Hayes is
anytime he gave me any information it was so ludicrousI mean he wasId be
ashamed to have give anybody such lousy, incorrect information, I remember
how he once told me he once was flying at DC-4 while refueling a SR-71. Well
Ive flown DC-4, I been captain on DC-4 for many years and the only that you
could get a DC-4 fast enough to where it could refuel a SR-71 would be to
start at high altitude and push the nose down toward the ground. And this is
the type of crap I was getting from himso, I dontif some of the other
stuff he says is true. I dont know. All I know is what he told me was a lot
of baloney and his wife of many years didn't put much confidence in him. But
it is possible he does know. But one thing I feel if he really discovered
like money transfers why didnt he print something out to where somebody can
see it.
You know what I mean?
KMYes, thats one reason why I am asking these questions is because one
thing is that folks have a hard time understanding who has credibility and
who doesnt. Now may I ask you about Gene Wheaton? Have you had much
discussion with Gene Wheaton?
RSNow I have talked to him a few times, I wont say extensively but I would
at this stage. I would have confidence about some of the things that he
investigated, The DC-8 crash at Gander , I ve flown into Gander many times
in planes when I was captain, Ive flown a DC-8. My thinking would be that he
is credible.
KMHave you read Compromised by Terry Reed and John Cummings
RSYes
KMWhat do you think of that book?
RSWell I think that what he was saying in the book I dont have any reason
to question him there. Some of the things that people have told me since then
about what he has told them i question and they question but what he has in
the book i wouldnt question at all
KMHave you had any contact with Bear Bottoms? Who was Barry Seals brother in
law.
RSNo, I used to see his email on the net. I havent seen any in that last
year or so but I used to see a lot of his email. It seemed to me that he was
involved in some type of disinformationat least that was my thinkingbut I
would not be an expert in making that opinion of him.
KMThats one thing that I have been trying to study is the disinformationit
seems that people wouldnt do this on their ownthat disinformation would be
part of a campaign to . . .
RSI think the main thing to say there is that I didnt pay any attention to
all. The message it seems to mewhenever I would see them is two people
arguing back and forth and I didnt want to get involved in that. Just like
on the flight,TWA800, theres people arguing back and forth many of them that
dont know the difference between a clock and an altimeter on a planeso I
just shut that out.
KMOne other subject that is kind of in the background on a lot of things is
gold. Sterling Seagrave has been doing a bunch of research on Yamatos
goldthe gold Japan got together and stashed in the Philippines. Landsdale
supposedly found some and Singlaub and others have been involved in that
search for that gold.
RSGold is one of the areas that I have stayed away from. You know what I am
trying to dowe have a public out there thats ignorant about these things. I
am trying to inform the with information to motivate themto get outraged and
do something about it. Talking about gold wont get then outraged. So I have
to talk about things that are inflicting harm upon them. That is what I try
and stick to.
KMWell, lets talk about the heroin on the streets of America. There is tons
of heroin on street corners of America.
RSWell, we must thank all the consumers for that.
KMI think it is more than just consumers . . .
RSIm not putting all the blame on consumers, But I am saying anyone that
consumesnow I dont feel we should have criminal statues, criminal
punishments for users. I feel that and there is should be difference. So I am
definitely against this outrageous, arrogant war on drugs, but I still blame
the consumersbut I do not think they should be criminalized for it
KMWell, I was a teenager in the sixties and am a musician so I have seen it
all and I truly think that the prohibition is just another side, it creates
the blackmarket. If these things were regulatedit is easy now for a teenager
now to get heroin and marijuana than alcohol.
RSAs you know I feel, my book Drugging America, with all the insiders
contributing it shows how the government is bringing tons of drugs into the
US I feel if this was recognized and properly pursued it could bring about a
repeal of the outrageous sentences given to drug users and also the misuse of
the conspiracy and forfeiture laws. I am against all of those things for I
feel the public is being taken.
KMDo you think this done just for money or is there a social reason why
theyre bring these drugs in?
RSWhen you see all of the things being done against the American people
itsIve said alreadythat it appears if it not planned it certainly is
working out that way. That it is destroying the moral and financial fiber of
the USA. The national security is being undermined by all these various
criminal activities that are being perpetuatedthat has the involvement of so
many people either directly or through cover-up
KMAs far as the DOJ
RSWhich is badly misnamed
KMAbsolutely, there are some people that have saidwhen Clinton came in I
believe he fired all the US attorneys . .
RSNever been done before
KMBut then if you look at the basic bureaucracy of the DOJ there was very
little change
RSThe culture hasnt changed. It is still just as corrupt I am not saying
all US attorney are corrupthe just simply put in people that he could then
control. And also that stopped a lot of the criminal prosecutions that were
in the mill which probably included criminal prosecutions in Arkansas.
KMOne last question. Do you think and Bill Clinton and George Bush are at
odds? Are they partners or is there some sort of odd relationship?
RSI dont know if I or anyone else would know. I would not be an expert in
that area. Their philosophieslet see I always said Bush we know was
involved and he knew about the drug trafficking going on which is of course a
very serious affair but nevertheless he certainly has more finesse than
Clinton. Who is extremely crude. I would rather if some one is going to be a
crook, that he have a little more finesse than the hamburgler MacDonald
form that Clinton has. i do eat McDonald's hamburgers though.
