And before everyone reads the post, I would like to make one thing further very clear. The Dulce base must and should be the first priority of the UFO community and the many Ufologists. It must be the first priority, because within the shocking and horrible underground (also inside a mountain) base, there are the most terrible inhuman tests, experiments and human degredation going on, in this world today. The Dulce base is the grand daddy of them all. This base holds secrets of almost everything of the UFO cover-up and more. The Dulce base is the ultimate nightmare on earth. It is perhaps best said, that human kind involved in the Dulce base, (many of them), are involved with evil itself, and have met dark forces that defy description. Please read on of my remarks. This group, one or more did meet with Ike. ---------------------- Billy Dee Remarks! I am not sure if Ike or or any president has ever stepped one foot in the Dulce base. I don't think those in charge at the base would ever want any president, much less anyone outside of their own ranks to really see all that goes on there. Keep in mind, there is human experimentation going on many levels deep in the Dulce base. These are not kindly experimentations, but people that are held against their wills, and kept in filthy conditions. Two of the men I spoke with that were there, told me that the human captives that are used for genetic testings, live in cage like cells, and often live in their own excrement (no proper toilet facilities). Believe me, I know this sounds to hard to believe. But had it not been for meeting and being informed by those in the know, and those that have held position at the base, and in past government agent positions, I would have probably scratched it all off as nothing more then a hoax and a big fabricated lie. There is just to much documentation, and confirming documentation to dispute the Dulce base and all that goes on there. I even had to Christians contact me from the other side of the world, who knew nothing about the Dulce base, or even where it was located. They both claimed (niether of them knew each other) that they had had a vision of sorts of a terrible place in New Mexico, and they described much of what was going on there, that went along perfectly with my contacts, and the well known, "Mr. Branton, of the famous Branton Reports on the Dulce Base. ------------------------- Before proceeding further--it is necessary that one learn how these lifeforms speak; at least to human, there is a thought-form-articulation pattern that goes on where because of the thought articulative interface much drops out, either deliberately to create confusion or as a natural process relative to vocalization expression combined with thought comprehension and velocity. As with others the thought communicative process seems to be prefered over the old method of vocalizing. Though they do have a language and are capable of using it generally they do not. They do know the lanuages of the planet earth actually better than most of the well educated. They tend to form the languages around the literal romance forms or will use sanskrit or greek just as well. However their sentence structure to one who generally takes the language literally can be totally misleading. Also, pronunciation which even to them seems to be tied by the primitive to articulation or direct physical conformation they cannot pronounce certain lip sounds. ------------------------------ Billy Dee Remarks! I have not heard of any ET's or IT's talking as we humans know it. The brunt of the non human beings that are there in the Dulce base are part of the "hive". Meaning, they think and communicate collectively. They do not vocalize words, but rather they communicate through a form of mental telepathy. There are many life forms at Dulce. I am sure there must be some that do vocalize speech, but I am unaware of that ever being told to me, or reading that or researching on that. ----------------------------- So, literally with EBE--he was asked his name; he replied EBE--so that was his name-someone thought-what he really said was--"EB BE" or--"I am an EB." or I am an EBAN. Everyone swore up and down that they said they were from the planet Uranus, because they said so--again, "Uranus" when asked where they came from. Actually they said "Uran us" "we are from Uran" simply--"we come from the sky" or, the celestial, or the heaven--whichever you like. They have said, in one case that the planet they came from was green, however it was not Uranus. so I am stating that in the language direct in negotiating there is to much room for error. Another case of this will be discussed later as this unfolds. ------------------- Billy Dee Remarks! Here I have to interject this. The person writing the post stated that everyone is from Uranus. I don't know where that came from. But you must understand, there is more then meets the eye here. What I am saying is this. There are many beings that are extraterrestrial (from other planets). There are life forms that live below the surface of the earth (as hard as it may sound). From my understanding, those that are ET's, are from many planets, and not just one. --------------------------------- At this point it appears that due to my overflights and exact location of the vast underground installation at Archeleta Peak and in particular the crash of two of the atomic powered, magnetic ships that much action at that site has ceased. Since that time, after the middle of november of 1985, I have observed no magnetic ships in this area--though "the ships of light" have been present in the usual quantities. --------------------- Billy Dee Remarks! I would highly doubt that activity at Dulce has stopped or even slowed down. If people understood the magnitude of the size of the operation at Dulce, as well as the size of Dulce itself, and all the many operations going on there, plus all the billions of dollars of hi-tech and the massive underground transportation system, it is highly impossible that the Dulce base for some reason has ceased to be. Keep in mind, this base is the most notorious ultra top secret base in the world. So not much leaks out, accept for a few brave hearts that have come forward. I know of one such person that was interviewed by Don Schmitt (well known Ufologist), that the persons child and wife were both killed for the man talking about the base and what he knew, and what he did there. This person as far as I know, is still on the run somewhere in South America. ------------------------------ There are many openings to these caverns which rival carlsbad caverns in size some natural and some alien constructed in such a manner that they are quite obvious and can accept the magnetics to be flown through. In addition this particular culture is highly symbol oriented and subsequently demonstrate it in everything they do. One half mile to the north of Archeleta Peak at the cliff interface and next to an entrance an egyptian diety has been constructed. One might say, that in an abstract way it resembles the egyptian goddess of fertility, Isis. To the east of the peak, again interfaced to the cliff along side an artificial fly thru, slightly over one half mile distant an ugly wrathful looking diety has been incorporated--apparently their God "TA" which they talk constantly of. On its mouth is incorporated the insignia as described at socorro. This is a classic arc, or half moon, actually a quarter moon or less upside down with an arrow cutting vertically through it. These all are of a classic or modernistic abstract nature but are monolithic in size. ------------------ Billy Dee Remarks! I know nothing of some God called "TA". There is one particular alien life form that lives at the lowest level in the base, and "Branton" claims that these particular "winged" alien beings, had once stated that they were informed that it would not be to much longer before they would be allowed to come up to the surface on earth and attack man (in some manner of which I am unclear), and these beings said they knew who God was, and they hated Him. ---------------------------- Arrows and insignia mark the ground pointing to each base. Also in the same area; much, much older are crosses carved into the ground rock and cliff faces, of the latin variety; indicatio is 40 to 50 years old--very precise, approximately 700 foot long with cross arms of about 250 foot in lenght. There are pictures taken in b&w of all including the entrances, dieties and crosses, presently of which I am out of copies. However, all coordinates are also attached so any could go directly to the sites and see for themselves. One of the most key significant things that has shown up in analysis that provides final linking proof to total government involvement is the fact that these same crosses show up clearly, much larger, but in the same ratio on the ground at groom lakes east side. Here again the cross is precisely cut out of the desert underbrush. Using a microscope one can see the tail light of trails of ascending and decending ships off of that cross at groom lake. This cross was there prior to 1968. Later another cross runway was constructed on the left side of the long runway. Both are used for orientation purposes of landing "ships" that do not have to land in the wind. I also speculate that the cross shape and orientation has something to do with the right angle nature of orientation of the earth electrical and magnetic fields in addition to the function of an insignia ID as indicated previously. According to some of our contacts, and information they gave us confirms information already on the internet for some time. And that information is that one side of the mountain at Dulce has a huge opening, that opens when UFO type crafts either come in to land, or take off. This opening is like a massive wall on the side of the mountain. Those that have seen this opening, have explained that it is a door as big as a 3 or 4 story house, and even larger. When the door or opening is closed, it appears to be part of the appearance of the mountain. Thats all I can recall at this time. But as far as for a landing strip. Well, I have never heard of that, and I would highly doubt a landing strip as we know what a landing strip is, for conventional aircraft. UFO crafts with anti-gravity engines or devices in them do not require a landing strip of length in which to take off or land. So I really doubt there is such a strip like that at the Dulce base, unless there is a strip for conventional craft. ---------------------------------------- The culture at the bases with the dieties at Archeleta is totally pragmatic in the most strict sense to the extent of being absolutely archaic having no respect for moralistic principles of any kind. They will attempt to employ any gross deception and abrogate any agreement to accomplish their goals. The logic , by any standard is totally distorted. They have near a blind raging temper at command level which causes them to totally over-react at times giving away "the whole ball game, much to their demise. They are also very ego oriented to the extreme and will fight tooth and nail to preserve it. --------------------- Billy Dee Remarks! The above paragraph is totally accurate. However, there are some factions there of the aliens, that are against their own kind in there plans and goals and hatred of human kind. This has been fairly well known to Branton when he was involved in the CIA and was stationed at Dulce as some sort of psychological agent that worked with the sympathetic, anti- rebellion greys. There are many alien races in Dulce. And as I said before, there are ET's, and what I call, IT's (Internal earth Terrestrial's. They are not from other worlds). And they are not "ALL" totally war orientated. Mostly, they are "hi-tech" freaks, and practically worship technology. They will stop at nothing to achieve further advancements in technology, even if it requires abduction humans, and experimenting on them. There are waring factions at Dulce with many aliens. But not all! And, there are many of them that are emotionless. This is due to the fact that many of the aliens there are "clones". One very inportant thing that any aliens that are here or have come here to visit or stay, cannot reproduce or make a "soul". The soul determines genuine emotion. Thus, the clones that are made are not with emotions. These clones can think for themselves. But they cannot respond to emotion, or do they show or demonstrate emotion. It is widely known by most all reports of ET's, that ET's have often stated that they are aware there is God, and that only God can produce a soul. The God we are talking about, is one God. To them, they refer to God as the ultimate evolved being or entity of all beings in the universe. In otherwords, they say that God is the highest being there is known. Also, the person writing this post in the paragraph above seems to state that all the aliens have big heads and look the same. They do not! There are many varying types of alien life forms, that do not appear as the common Grey that most of us have seen. Again, there are many ET, and IT races and beings at Dulce. Do refer to Brantons reports on the UFOSSI site. Branton is the Dulce expert, and better equiped to explain in detail of this and more. ------------------------------- Based upon input their form of government rule is also archaic and is a totalitarian form in the strict sense of the medieval. They have what they call "king" and a council of eight making up a total mumber called by them and the other cultures, the "nine". There is no judge no jury as we know it-their decision is final and law. Each feels he has the right to judge all including human and as a matter of fact they believe they, as they put it, "own the cosmos" and are the "gods" to be worshiped and prayed to. They walk a limp dragging the left foot in a lifting fluid motion. They are estimated seven foot tall. --------------------------- Billy Dee Remarks! I mentioned before, that the majority of the aliens at the Dulce base are of a collective mind. We call them "Hive". Those that are Hive, all work together psychologically and collectively to fully function. The writer also explains they are seven foot tall and walk with a limp. I don't know anything about that. No offense to the writer, but there are some things here that are a bit out of focus, and do not match up with the any reports that are written by those that have first hand information, and were there at the base. The data does correlate with past data, and due to the language deficiency inherent, does very nicely. Note: Paul continues on with talks about more of data they've given him on when those of the north first came into our system they had first established a base on our moon, calling it "the first fruits" and he mentions other people involved with contacts and underground chamber experiences consisting of seeing large glass tanks with swirling blue liquid,etc,etc. I've released this information for the important few who have always wanted to know the beginnings of the Dulce exposure. But I really feel its inportant to get the facts straight about the infamous Dulce base. The above report only parts makes sense. The other parts just don't jive together. I am not the expert here. I am refering to those who are, and have first hand knowledge. And it is very inportant that information about the Dulce base does not get twisted, or fabricated. The Dulce base must be stopped. But the only way to see that achieved, is getting out facts and information that is the closest to the truth about Dulce that can be found. Otherwise, misinformation, fabricated stories or part or of a story, will only ruin and hinder the work that certain dedicated individuals are involved in and have been for years, to bring an end to the Dulce base operations, and through exposing it with accurate truthful information. Branton is one souce to check with about Dulce. He is probably accepted as the foremost expert on Dulce. But there is also others that are well known, and have devouted time, money and many years to exposing Dulce base. The Dulce base is highly complicated, and for those who really want to know what it is all about, then be prepared to read hundreds of pages, if not a thousand or two, that will explain the whole complicated mess of Dulce. The Dulce base is not one of those subjects that can be explained in a page or two.
