On this ground I put in an application to the Deputy Procurator-General of Russia. I ask the Deputy Procurator-General to consider the question and to institute the proceeding of criminal case a) on the basis of art. 127 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation ("Illegal Imprisonment") and art. 144 of Criminal Code of Russian Federation ("Prevention to Journalists from Legal Professional Activities ") against persons who organized and realized the handing of Babitski recorded on the videofilm; b) on the basis of art. 293 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation ("Negligence") against the President of Government of Russian Federation (Deputy President of Russia) who declared that he took the case of Babitski under his control and therefore took the responsibility for legal and lawful treatment of the journalist; c) on the basis of art. 293 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation ("Negligence") and on the basis of art. 316 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation ("Concealment of Crimes") against S. Yasrzhembski and V.
