Sc. of Archaeology PREVENT VIOLENCE According to the German magazine "Der Spiegel" the USA and Albania plan an outbreak of the civil war between the two Yugoslav Republics at the beginning of March. As a master mind of all disasters striking this planet the Americans have already forwarded a ship with 50,000 tons of flour to the Albanian port of Duress and are unloading the cargo meant for the refugees expected from Montenegro. Moreover, four camps in the vicinity of Tirana and Duress are being set up for their accommodation. Furthermore, the German magazine claims that the Americans expect a great number of refugees due to Milosevic's assault on Montenegro, or their provocations. Evidently the same story and its same version. In order to establish their rule in the Balkans, where they already have their protectorate over Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Croatia, with only Serbia still resisting, the USA plan to stage new conflicts, launch a new set of lies and put forward new claims and the accompanying "paraphernalia" of " deja vue" concoctions with regard to Kosovo and the Kosovo Albanians in order to invent a pretext for new air strikes and land invasion on Serbian territory. It is in the light of that fact that I am launching this APPEAL TO THE PEOPLE OF GOOD WILL ALL OVER THE WORLD for help to the Serbs and all others living in Serbia because they are all victims of ten year long sanctions and exhausted by 78 days of heavy and cruel NATO bombing in 1999., to the people THAT HAS REACHED A TRAGIC MORTALITY RATE OF 40%. The CIA and BND Balkan departments are very well aware of the poverty and misery in Serbia. Moreover, they are using their best efforts to make it even worse so that now in Belgrade it takes over ten days to bury the dead because of long waiting list. The number of suicides has also significantly increased in Serbia. Only in Zajecar, a town in Eastern Serbia, 80 young people committed suicide in 1999. Moreover, due to an overall economic stagnations as a result of sanctions and bombing, there are 800 000 unemployed out of 8,000,000 inhabitants. In the factories which allegedly work the workers get only half of their salaries and wages and that with delay. In Serbia people live in fright and misery, enforced on them by the overall policy of USA and EU, the same countries which, a few days ago at the Ministerial Meeting of EU said NO to the Yugoslav request for lifting the embargo on the imports of gas and oil and opening of the Yugoslav airport for the air traffic. "We haven't reached the indispensable consensus"- some foreign ministers declared, allegedly sorry for what happened. This statement only reveals an utterly ironic attitude towards the satanized Serbs, who have never lived a harder life in their history, including the Turkish occupation. In other countries young people live a more, or less, normal life. Here, in Yugoslavia, the young have bleak prospects for the future, growing up in poverty, misery and under occupation. Who is going to indemnify Serbia for all its sufferings and deprivations? Who? And it is the USA stifling us and manipulating the Albanians from Kosovo and Albania against us! Who is going to put an end to the American violence against the Serbs??? Who??? Now, America is getting ready for a new action, claiming that the human rights of the Montenegrins are in jeopardy. It is not the Serbs who are at the root of the drama in Montenegro, but Milo Djukanovic, the President of that small republic. It should be emphasized that the republic of Montenegro, as member of the Yugoslav Federation, contributes to the federal fund only 3,5% and withdraws 36-40%. This is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but truth Milo Djukanovic is very well aware of. As a politician he belongs to the kind of Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, Joshka Fisher. Was Helmut Kohl any better with his secret funds? Americans claim to have liberated Kosovo from Serbian violence. They very well know that it is far from truth. They also very well know that after the deployment of KFOR, another name for NATO, the situation in the southern Serbian province has only deteriorated. The Albanians hold the Serbs in jeopardy, maltreat them, enforce ethnical cleansing against them, torture and exterminate them. Let me illustrate my point. Since the KFOR deployment in Kosovo the Serbs in the village of Orahovac have actually been living in a ghetto, isolated from the rest of the world, prevented from getting out of the village to get food. In the village they live without water and electricity. It is only on January 24 of this year that Bernard Coushner, Head of the UNMIC and German general Klaus Reinheart visited Orahovac for the first time. The Serbs welcomed them according to the ancient Serbian custom - bread and salt - meaning hospitality in peace. On the other hand, the Albanians living in the surroundings of Orahovac were throwing stones on the foreign visitors, Coushner and Reinheart, calling then names and cursing them. On that same day, January 24, the Albanians staged demonstrations in Pristina demanding that KLA members captured whilst in action against the Army of Yugoslavia be released from prisons in Serbia. The American and German soldiers in KFOR units do not use nice words when speaking about their allies. According to them the Albanians wave some red rags which they call their flags , and, on the other hand, are not able to even clean the dirt in front of their doors. But, in spite of that, thanks to Bernard Coushner, on January 24 the "Microcredit bank" was opened with the participation of several international financial institutions, including the "Komerc bank" and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Under the circumstances in which the Serbs are reduced to slaves in their own country, George Robertson, NATO Secretary General, in his effort to provoke further conflicts in the Balkans, on that very January 24 declared that the job in the Balkans had not yet been completed. Also, Volfgang Petrich, one of the directors in the war theatre of the Balkans two days earlier had expressed his concern about a new reality in Yugoslavia, which means a new civil war.
