The reason you encournter racial strife in California is because
California is a society where neo-Bolshevik politicians are dominant.
Neo-Bolsheviks are obsessed with power, and their fundamental
modus operandi is "divisionism". If there is a way to create
a division in a society and encourage factions to attack one another,
the neo-Bolsheviks will support it and exploit it. When everyone
in a society is focused on their anger and hostility to another
group, then the neo-Bolsheviks can pander to the raw, blind
emotions of the most inflamed group and use that as a means
to enhance their "popularity" to the point of winning elections
without ever having their motives or real agenda examined.
Race is one of the most irrational, emotion laden topics of the
political landscape. Everyone has a race. The most ignorant
and easily manipulated elements of society can be easily
convinced that all of their problems and personal inadequacies
can be attributed to someone else "hating them because of their
race".
The neo-Bolsheviks have invested every element of their being
in exacerbating and exploiting racial hostility. They think
about race morning, noon, and night, and interpret every
aspect of ancient and modern life as conditioned by race.
They have become expert at the racialist innuendo and have
developed and popularized an idiosyncratic vocabulary which
infuses their racialist thinking and racialist agenda in virtually
every forum of mass communication. People are constantly
exposed to terms like: "affirmative action" (a code word for racial
discrimination
that is politically acceptable); "minority rights" ( term that implies
that "minorities" have different rights that "majorities"; "white racism"
(a term which is used to the total exclusion of its logical and
actual converse, "people of color racism"; etc. etc. etc.
Bottom line: the reason that there is racial strife in California
is because the dominant political faction in California
benefits from racial strife and encourages it.
