It seems to me that this should be taken as fact rather than conjecture. I believe
that the racist philosophy is alive and well, but it goes much deeper and has a more
sinister goal behind it. The idea of targeting a specific group, ie; blacks, or other
"minority" or disenfranchised group is to not only eliminate the "useless eaters" (so
they're thought of by the elites anyway) but also to DIVIDE. Racial targeting is
designed to divide the people, to keep the different groups from coming together and
fighting our common enemy, the secret groups trying to run the show from behind the
scenes. Another purpose of this type of experimentation, and an explanation for why
it would be carried on in "diverse" ethnic societies like ours is that the elites
don't care who perishes, as long as they are safe in their toxin proof bunkers, come
time for the release of the agents of destruction.
