Why the pattern? It is readily explainable. Clearly, no ethnic group on the face of the Earth is particularly susceptible to insane delusion or acts of violence associated with insane delusion. The history of the entire human race is a tale of unremitting carnage caused by acts of tribal warfare. Rather, the American intelligence community selected microwave weapons research subjects from the general population based on their ethnic background, and this has caused latent effects in the victims. Why would this have been done? Was it based on some genocidal impulse in their research protocol? No, it was a consideration based on science, both applied and military. The U.S. intelligence community first began experimenting with microwave harrassment after they found the Soviets were using it against our embassy personnel in Moscow in the 1960's and 1970's. In the early 1980's, the CIA's Technical Services Support division (TSS, or "toss" in agency lingo, because they are "tossed" challenging technical assignments) began using microwave energy on involuntary human subjects in the U.S. population after the CIA detected that the Soviets were using it against Afghan soldiers in their war against Afghanistan. At that time, strategic planners in the West were shaping the entire Western defense strategy around the world war scenario they most feared would come to pass with devastating consequences -- a Soviet invasion of Western Europe with conventional forces that would escalate into a nuclear conflict between the Soviet Union and the United States. If Western allied forces were going to have microwave weapons readily at hand to interfere with the performance of Russian soldiers, bombarding them with microwave energy at a distance, causing them, inter alia, to become disoriented, lapse into unconsciousness, fall down in epileptic seizure, vomit uncontrollably, or be filled with an overwhelming sense of anxiety, to cite several of the known human health effects of microwave energy, they would need to select guinea pigs from our own society who shared genetic similarities with the Russian, Polish, East German, and other Eastern Bloc soldiers who would be part of the nuclear-tipped tank brigade that they feared would invade Western Europe. Hence, they selected the closest cousins of the Russian people immediately available to them to study. In the United States, those populations included Polish Catholics, German Americans, and Ashkenazi Jews of Polish and Russian descent. They especially targeted individuals from these ethnic groups, who were easily identified at work or school by virtue of their distinctive ethnic surnames, as innocent victims of these inhumane, barbaric, unwarranted, illegal, and unconstitutional experiments, mostly, it seems, to perform calibration studies to test the psychological and physiological effects of these microwave weapons at escalating amplitudes. That is why we also see this curious range of victim impact evidence, ranging from several odd, unexplained incidents involving such symptoms as mental disorientation, nausea, or unconsciousness, all the way to behavioral symptoms mimicking paranoid schizophrenia. I will forward this memo to the organizers of the East Coast mind control event in April, with a request that they take an "ethnic identity survey" of attendees whose harassment began in the early 1980's. Perhaps by using a sampling technique of this kind, we can connect the performance of these sinister covert tests with members of specifically targeted ethnic populations, and thus establish, by extrinsic evidence, that these tests were performed with particular empirical goals in mind in light of the geo-political context that surrounded them. In this manner, we will bring into the bright daylight of public recognition, retribution, reparation, and reform more information about this sorry chapter in the military-industrial-intelligence complex's 50-year war against the American people. Kathy Kasten, who lives in Los Angeles and is an MK victim-activist of some renown, has alleged that they have targeted members of the "Kell" blood group, which I have researched, and found to be a very, very rare blood type. When I was a student at Cambridge in 1994-95, my blood was tested upon the direction of my college as a pre-condition for coverage under the British health plan, and the hematologist told me that it revealed certain "unusual properties," but later inquiries by me as to what those genetic markers are were frustrated because the clinic involved would not cooperate with my investigation. A week after the blood was drawn, my department head (who was also my academic supervisor) later quizzed me intently about my ethnic heritage. They may have found the proteins associated with "noble" or "royal" blood, which would be explainable from the fact that my mother descends from the Prussian nobility. Kathy Kasten has alleged that the intelligence community favors MK victims from this genetic strata because, like their supposed forebearer under the disputed and controversial "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" hypothesis, Jesus, it is their spiritual orientation to be "of service" to their people, and because their blood clots rapidly, concealing evidence of involuntary testing. In any case, too little work has been done in this area. It might reveal a eugenic or genocidal intent on the part of the malefactors involved. Pardon me for a moment for stooping to the cryptocracy's level, but the "sex slaves" currently on the lecture circuit all seem to be a certain "type" of Caucasian female, namely, one possessing an attractive Celtic phenotype that would seem to appeal to the Anglo-American "sex slavers" in the Anglo-American corporate and intelligence establishments. Likewise, I have noted a suspicious trend among alleged victims of microwave harrassment, a bias towards men and women of Eastern European ancestry, which I suggest, in the attached memo to John A. Quinn of Newshawk, can be explained by reference to the Cold War context from which microwave harassment apparently emanated. In a similar manner, the crytocracy seems to prefer "bloodline WASP's" for political programming, e.g., Bill and Hillary Clinton as a mind-controlled "CIA couple," evidenced by the fact that Bill Clinton, the first American president to have been a CIA operative from a relatively young age, possesses blood with genetic markers found in only one in five trillion Caucasians! I have suggested this myself to numerous individuals but we have been somewhat hampered by lack of organization coupled with the fact that MC victims are understandably paranoid and cooperation is less than stellar as a result. I used to work for an economist and demographic studies paint pictures with numbers. For myself, I became a MC victim in 1981, shortly after Reagan/Bush took office. I lived in San Francisco and was employed by Bank of America. I was in a potential whistleblower situation which I believe triggered the initial targeting. However, I , too have noted that MC victims situations are quite different from one to the next, and I have speculated that the perpetrators are experimenting not only with the new technology, but also varying methodologies, which they intend to impose on the masses at a later date. I am of Celtic heritage, all four great grandparents were Irish, as were all grandparents, and parents... I was 30 years old when I became a target and would have been described as attractive/pretty. I have red hair, am intelligent, and talented in the arts. During a conversation with Joanne Carey I recently learned that she too is of Celtic heritage, and is a strawberry blonde. She published her first book when she was 20, is also talented in the arts, and at one time modeled for an artist, whose artwork, featuring Joanne Carey, is displayed in major museums. I was discussing this with Sheila Epstein, another MC victim in West Palm Beach Florida, only to discover that Sheila was formerly a Playboy Bunny, and is ALSO a redhead! So, as I say, I think that a demographic study is in order. Couple of things I would like to add, but only briefly. I was intercepted in 1985 by a man who had State Dept. identification, and who knew that I was a victim of the psychotronic weapons. He is the father of my daughter, and claimed to be of Prussian heritage. He disappeared before our daughter was one year old. Since his disappearance, I have learned from people who were connected to the CIA (their families) that he was not State Dept., he was CIA. Barbara Hartwell was the first person to suggest to me that in addition to being a MC victim, I may have also become part of the CIA's genetic engineering program. I am afraid that as time passes, and I learn more and more, I am inclined to believe that this is indeed a possiblity. My daughter, now 13, is an Aryan dream come true, bless her little innocent heart! She is very tall, blonde haired, blue eyed, very high IQ, and also talented in the arts. One reason I feel compelled to expose as much as I can, although in a measured and judicious fashion, is my belief that she will become a target at a later date, and my desire to protect her from the horrendously cruel experiences to which I have been subjected. And for good measure, a few years ago, I participated in a blood drive at work and thereafter received a call informing me that I have one of the not common blood types as well. So, although we live mired in confusion, we have not yet made a concerted effort to ask relevant questions in a methodical fashion. I would be happy to draft such a questionnaire for distribution. One more thing I would like to add as an after thought. I believe the perpetrators are Satanists, especially after having to undergo their "training program" which includes the most ungodly pornographic type experiences. When I was at a lecture of Ted Gunderson's last October, he mentioned that the Satanists place a premium on blonde-haired, blue-eyed, types as well. So that may be another possible connection.
