As a dental doctor and homeopath Id like to share some ideas and insights
with You concerning the
administration of fluorides.
In the US , Canada and many European countries until the Eighties
pediatricians used to administer
Fluoride tablets to babies from birth on.
Recently You can observe a new orientation .The reasons for this change are
the results of scientific
research in the last ten years :
1.) caries of teeth does rarely happen before the dentition of the
milk molars.
2.) Fluorides seem to be more efficient in local application after the
completion of dentition.
and not in systemic application, which overloads easily the not
totally developped liver of the
child.
3.) there is a narrow space between therapeutical dose and overdose and
nowadays we see
much more often the picture of DENTAL FLUOROSIS which is the result of
a chronic
overdose and which happens much more often in weathier social levels.
dont forget the
extra dose of fluoride in toothpaste and salt and mouthwash etc....).
and it looks like white caries !!!
