It can't be too tight, because the Independent Oil Producers outfit recently
put out position papers on the main candidates, and they dissed McCain,
Bradley and Gore. The only guy they seem to approve of is Dubya. They also
were as of l0 Dec l999 to be telling Clinton and Admin they didn't want
increased oil production in the Middle East. They asked Clinton to stop
asking for increased production, because they wanted to be able to make
higher profits. I'm sure they're doing that. That's got to be their game.
