Well, yes and no. FEDeral gun control is illegal. State gun laws are
not.
ANY STATE can do whatever it wants about guns. This includes a total
ban.
That is why it's such a phony issue. The elites use it to rile up the
dumb
natives at election time in order to make it seem that there are
differences
between the DemocRATS and Republicans.
Same with affirmative action.
Same with abortion.
Same with Gays in the military.
Same with hate crimes.
Same with prayer in schools.
Any issue which does NOT affect power or the status quo of wealth
distribution
that favors the rich and their corporations, is a diversionary tactic.
It
ALWAYS works.
