There are any number of free web browsers, not just Microsoft's.
In fact, there are any number of free Internet access companies,
providing their own free web browser along with free Internet
access. They aren't getting sued.

Because AOHell had a lousy web browser of its own, and it was
cheaper in the long run to buy a well-established web browser
than develop one of its own, and enter the market as an "also-ran"
against Netscape and Microsoft IE.

AOHell is not the Internet.
CTRL should consider moving off of AOHell, and could very easily do
so, utilizing free services like Onelist/eGroups, or Topica.
