Then if we add a pin into all the places that produce the highest % of prisoners for the 2MM prison penal colonies....you get the picture. For any neighborhood that does not have a pin in it that signifies it is being harmed by HUD, just put a pin in every neighborhood in honor of the taxpayers in 63, communities who are paying for it. Now, the war on drugs was a diversion from understanding what drugs were all about. But if the "it takes a village to kill a child" crew need a new diversion away what they are doing in communities, the only place left with citizens in it that are not being harmed by HUD is cyperspace.... It is the next place eligible for a HUD mess.
