It's possible that what is going on here is a convoluted attack by the
Oligarchy on the left/libertarian/progressive elements on the Internet
rather than on the Nazi groupies. Remember that the Oligarchy has much more
in common with the Nazis than it does with the progressives...and that the
Internet has been used to very good effect to organize against the Oligarchy
in recent months. It's easy enough to justify banning the sale of Nazi
memorabilia over the Internet, both because of the "negative cachet"
attached to them and because such sales are in fact already banned in
Germany. But, as the article points out, once the precedent has been
established, we will undoubtedly see attempts to use it against groups such
as those that organized the Seattle and Washington actions. I might suggest
that the first use of such an attack will be against the groups preparing
for the Republican and Democratic national conventions this summer. "Indeed
do many things come to pass."
