Fidel Castro, the billionaire commie dictator of Cuba, is in a
position to cut some sweet trade deals with Archer Daniels
Midland, which finds itself financially strapped of late. But
first they need to knock down the trade embargo which has forced
ADM to act through its Spanish subsidiary -- a considerable
nuisance. Since the Cuban-American community has been the major
supporter of the embargo, these people must be demonized in order
to diminish their influence. That has been a major agenda of the
mainstream press throughout this affair.
Fidel, the holdout commie, is not above cutting deals with the
wicked capitalist exploiters of the working class, provided that
they are prepared to properly buss his behind. Elian is a part of
the tribute he demands. It's his way of getting back at
Cuban-Americans who have humiliated him by preferring decadent,
bourgeois capitalism to the worker's paradise. This also sets
them up for demonization by our glorious, heroic "free" press
(a.k.a. Castro's castrati).
In case there is something about this that doesn't seem clear,
Castro just threw a hissy-fit after Mad-Madeleine Albright, who
attempts to play the role of the U.S. Secretary of State although
she is sometimes mistaken for a chambermaid by foreign diplomats,
said that the Elian Gonzalez case would not change Cuban-American
relations. (Castro missed the broad wink Mad-Maddy gave the press
while making her statement). Fidel is also miffed because "he has
not been allowed to intervene as forcibly as he wants," reports
WorldNetDaily. The massive entourage of Cuban "teachers",
pediatricians, psychiatrists, behaviorists, hypnotists, trainers,
anesthetists, indoctrinators, propagandists, Marxist
theoreticians and Drs. Feelgood has been limited to a stay of 15
days. How can they be expected to turn the kid into a good
Communist in just two weeks?
QUESTION: Why didn't ADM or its fat cat chairman Dwayne Andreas
just shell out the moolah necessary to recompense fat cat
Washington insider mouthpiece (and FOB) Greg Craig for his legal
services, subversion of the press, scuttling of negotiations,
etc. instead of laundering the deal with help from the left wing
National Council of Churches?
Is it possible they did not want us to know that young Elian is
being sacrificed to Communist tyranny so that Archer Daniels
Midland and its fat-faced factotum can grow even more
disgustingly rich and bloated swilling at Castro's trough?
QUESTION: Could this be the whole story? This caper could cost
Al Gore the Latin vote, California and the election. (Florida is
well out of his grasp now). What's in it for Clinton? Has ADM put
aside a nice package for him, to be opened sometime after Jan.
2001? Or has Castro's crack intelligence service been looking
into some of those rape charges that the mainstream press have
been at such pains to ignore?
