I dunno if that's really all that small. The multi-millionaire who "married"
the Congers lady on TV was said to have a 1200 sq ft home (with a busted
toilet or bathtub sitting in the backyard).
If we put two and two together, it would appear that comparatively the Miami
family lived in very upper class/income housing! :-)
