Have you ever considered the possibility that it doesn't really matter
whether the Republican or the Democrat candidate is elected to the
Presidency? Have you been concerned when the leaders of both parties pursue
similar policies, justifying their actions by calling them "bipartisan
cooperation?" Have you ever wondered why the United States Supreme Court
discovered a previously unrecognized "wall of separation between Church and
State," and then used that premise to remove God and the Ten Commandments
from public schools? Have you ever pondered why we face ever-increasing
government control over our lives irrespective of which political party
controls the White House? It's widely known that international corporations
contribute large sums of money to both political parties, but is it possible
that both parties are controlled by essentially the same people? Could George
Wallace have been right when he proclaimed:
"... there isn't a dime's worth of difference between the Republicans and the
Democrats."
One of the major problems we face is that most people don't understand how
the American political process really works. Just as children's views are
shaped by their parents, the beliefs of most adults are shaped by what they
were taught in public schools, what they have learned from the media, and by
what those who surround them think and believe. It is difficult to hold views
contrary to those around you, but without an understanding of the hidden
forces that control our political system it is impossible to fathom what is
happening today, or to anticipate the future. Those who control most major
media outlets have already selected Governor George Bush as the Republican
presidential nominee, and either Vice President Al Gore or Bill Bradley as
the Democrat nominee. What about the will of the people? The truth is that
the public is seldom involved in the selection of presidential candidates;
ordinarily they are picked by those who covertly rule our nation. Then every
four years we go to the polls and vote for one of the presidential candidates
selected by our "unelected rulers." [4] That concept is alien to those who
believe in the American two-party system, but that is exactly how our
political system really works. Since 1936 the American people have only been
able to influence the selection of presidential candidates on two occasions.
In 1964 a dedicated grass-roots movement nominated Senator Barry Goldwater as
the Republican presidential candidate. Despite the fact that he was an honest
man, a constitutionalist, and a far better selection than his opponent, both
the conservative and liberal wings of the Establishment-controlled media
demonized him, and blocked him from getting his message out to the American
people. Again, in 1980 a grass-roots movement nominated Governor Ronald
Reagan for the presidency, but after spending a weekend with several
representatives of the Power Elite he compromised his principles, allowed
them to select his running mate and Cabinet, and control his administration.
What few people remember is that we had the largest Federal deficits, and the
single largest Federal tax increase in our nation's history during Ronald
Reagan's years in office; Social Security and Medicare rates soared from 3%
to 15% of salaries, and our national debt skyrocketed from $1 trillion to
$2.7 trillion. Other than the two instances cited, since 1936 all of our
presidential nominees have been chosen by the cabal that covertly rules
America. [6]
The purpose of this treatise is two-fold. First to document the facts cited,
and second to convince you that you must dedicate yourself to convincing
others as to what has transpired during this past century. Time is running
out. Those who covertly rule our nation intend to use the millennium crisis
to alter our way of life. Either we soon reach the American people with the
truth, or the beacon of hope that once blazed brightly from our shores will
be extinguished forever, and the entire world will be plunged into darkness.
Almost two hundred years ago Thomas Jefferson anticipated our present dilemma
when he wrote:
"Ignorance is preferable to error; and he is less remote from the truth who
believes nothing, than he who believes what is wrong."
"Enlighten the people generally, and tyranny and oppressions of body and mind
will vanish like evil spirits at the dawn of day." President Thomas
Jefferson,1816 [7]
Why is President Jefferson's warning important today? Because evil spirits
currently dominate our nation, and only by exposing them to the light of day
can they be defeated.
Always remember that:
An understanding of the forces that have shaped the events of the twentieth
century is predicated not upon facts to be learned, but rather upon secrets
to be discovered." [8]
To what secrets do I refer? The first secret is that an Elite group controls
both political parties, and has for most of this past century. The second
secret is that the group intends to establish an authoritarian government
here in the United States and bring us under the control of a world
government; when that happens you will lose your freedom, your fortunes, your
family, and quite possibly your life. The third secret is that there are dark
spiritual forces behind the movement cited which involve the conspiracy that
Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and King David warned about over two thousand years ago.

Through the decades anyone who has tried to expose the cabal has been
attacked by those who ask: (1) If such a group exists, why hasn't it been
exposed? (2) How could such a movement survive from generation to
generation?, and (3) If they are as powerful as you claim, why haven't they
already taken over control of our nation? Allow me to answer each question in
turn.
(1) Why hasn't the cabal been exposed?
Because over 90% of the major media outlets of our nation are owned,
influenced, or controlled by one of five corporations, {1}General Electric,
{2} Westinghouse, {3}Disney, {4}Time Warner, and {5} Fox. Effective control
of those corporations can be traced directly or indirectly to Chase Manhattan
Bank, Citibank, the Council On Foreign Relations, or to one of their
subsidiary organizations. [10]
(2) How could such a movement survive from generation to generation?
The cabal that rules America has survived because it is energized by the
Prince of This World, Lucifer. Just as Christians have given their lives to
disseminate the word of God down through the ages, those who owe their
allegiance to Lucifer have dedicated their lives to his vision of bringing
the Kingdom of Heaven to Earth without God. In return for their allegiance,
they have often received immense wealth and vast political power. Their
intent is to establish a New World Order, a New Social Order, and a new
Spirituality that will replace Christianity. Short of Divine intervention, I
fear that they will succeed. [11]
(3) Why haven't they already taken over control of our nation?
In truth, they already have taken over control of our nation. Since 1953 all
but one American Secretary of State, all but one Deputy Secretary of State,
all but one Director of the CIA, and every Chairman of the Federal Reserve
Board have come from among the members of the Council on Foreign Relations,
the chief American coordinating organization for the cabal that rules the
world. Six of our last nine presidents have come from the CFR, and five of
our last eleven presidents have been Freemasons. The occult origin of both
organizations will be discussed later. We retain a degree of freedom in
America today because they need the wealth and power of our nation to
consolidate their control over the rest of the world. As soon as that is
accomplished they will install a ruthless tyranny here similar to those they
have imposed in other nations throughout this past century. [12]
The cabal I describe is known by many names. Some refer to it as Wall Street,
others as The Eastern Establishment. Democrats and Socialists often refer to
it as The Military Industrial Complex, The Power Elite, America's Invisible
Government, The Secret Government, Our Unelected Government, and The Ruling
Class. In his book, With No Apologies, Senator Barry Goldwater referred to it
as our "Nonelected Rulers." It really doesn't matter what you call the
movement; it is the group that covertly rules America. It exists, and during
this past century it has promoted wars and revolutions in pursuit of its goal
of creating a New World Order, a New Social Order, and a New Spirituality.
Documentation of the facts cited will be presented later, but first allow me
to list a number of readily available sources where you can validate my
contention. Many of the quotations listed below can be found in Dr. Dennis
Cuddy's book Secret Records Revealed: The Men,The Money,and The Methods
Behind the New World Order - available from Radio Liberty. [13]
In his 1913 book The New Freedom, President Woodrow Wilson warned:
"Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me
privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of
commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something.
They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so
watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not
speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it...." "...We
have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely
controlled, and dominated, governments in the civilized world - no longer a
government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote
of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of small groups
of dominant men.... I speak of the control over the government exercised by
Big Business." [14]
President Franklin Delano Roosevelt sent a letter to Colonel House on
November 21, 1933, in which he stated that he had met with Jack Morgan, J.P.
Morgan's son. He then noted:
"The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element
in the larger centers has owned government ever since the days of Andrew
Jackson...." [15]
I personally found a copy of that letter among Colonel House's papers at Yale
University. Copies are available to researchers. The quotation can also be
found in Dr. Dennis Cuddy's book Secret Records Revealed.
Joseph Kennedy was President John Kennedy's father. On July 26, 1936, the New
York Times quoted him as stating:
"Fifty men have run America, and that's a high figure. ...I don't see how
anybody giving any thought to the trends all over the world can help but feel
there is something in the air in the advancement of some new social
order...." [16]
James W. Gerard was the American Ambassador to Germany during World War I. In
his autobiography,My First Eighty-Three Years in America, he wrote:
"...the New York Times sent a reporter to ask me the names of the "rulers of
America." ...I gave the reporter a list. They amounted finally to fifty-two,
and of course, as Ferdinand Lundberg says in his book Sixty Families, it was
quite evident that I added some personal friends to the list." [17]
Senator Barry Goldwater described our "Nonelected Rulers" in his book With No
Apologies. Therein he wrote:
"Since 1945 three different Republicans have occupied the White House....
Four Democrats have held this most powerful post.... With the exception of
the first seven years of the Eisenhower administration, there has been no
appreciable change in foreign or domestic policy direction." [18]
Then discussing David Rockefeller's Trilateral Commission, Senator Goldwater
warned:
"It is intended to be the vehicle for multinational consolidation of the
commercial and banking interests by seizing control of the political
government of the United States." [19]
Professor Arthur Selwyn Miller was a Rockefeller Foundation-funded scholar.
In his book The Secret Constitution and the Need for Constitutional Change
which was written for those privy to the secrets of our social order, he
wrote:
"...those who formally rule take their signals and commands, not from the
electorate as a body, but from a small group of men (plus a few women). This
group will be called the Establishment. It exists even though that existence
is stoutly denied; it is one of the secrets of the American social order. A
second secret is the fact that the existence of the Establishment - the
ruling class - is not supposed to be discussed. A third secret is implicit in
what has been said - that there is really only one political party of any
consequence in the United States, one that has been called the "Property
Party." The Republicans and the Democrats are in fact two branches of the
same (secret) party." [20]
Professor Miller used the phrase "(secret)" because he realized that the
American people must never be allowed to learn that there is really only one
political party in the United States.
Phyllis Schlafly wrote A Choice Not An Echo. In that 1964 book she stated:
"...New York kingmakers work toward "convergence" between the Republican and
Democratic parties.... The secret kingmakers exercise their influence in both
parties.... It is easy to spot the most trusted agents of the kingmakers
because they are men who move with ease in and out of both parties." [21]
No discussion of America's Invisible Government would be complete without
mentioning Professor Carroll Quigley, Bill Clinton's mentor when he was a
student at Georgetown University. President Clinton has often referred to
Professor Quigley in his speeches, and he delivered the First Inaugural
Carroll Quigley Lecture at the Foreign Service School at Georgetown
University. Professor Quigley taught at both Harvard University and Princeton
University before accepting a position at Georgetown. Although he was a
dedicated liberal, we are indebted to him for his revelations about the
origin of the Power Elite that rules our nation and the world. In his book
Tragedy and Hope: A History Of The World In Our Time he documents the origins
of the secret society that controls both of our political parties today, and
is manifest in the key positions held by members of the Council on Foreign
Relations. Those who have studied the Council's influence recognize that it
controls both our foreign and domestic policies. Richard Harwood, a staff
writer for The Washington Post, discussed that issue on October 30, 1993, in
an article which appeared on page A21 of the Post. Therein he noted that CFR
-
"members are the nearest thing we have to a ruling establishment in the
United States." [22]
This treatise will be concluded next month. I hope to publish the complete
text for distribution. It is impossible to understand the unfolding of events
without an understanding of the dark spiritual forces working behind the
scenes today.
We are moving rapidly toward the new millennium. Those orchestrating the
coming Y2K crisis are striving to keep the public from preparing for what
lies ahead or from understanding the significance of the coming transition
from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius.
By the time you receive this newsletter we will have held our Millennium
Preparedness Conference in Monterey, and hopefully video recordings of that
meeting will be available for those who would like to have them.
People are beginning to wake up. I recently spent an hour with one of
America's leading Christians who started our conversation stating that he
didn't believe in a worldwide conspiracy. During the course of our discussion
he mentioned that he had recently attended a dinner with a number of
prominent Americans and was surprised to learn that everyone there believed
in the movement to bring about a world government. By the time we had
finished our interview he had agreed to listen to my Brotherhood of Darkness
presentation. Hopefully he will come to a new understanding of the true
nature of the enemy we face.
Henceforth, Radio Liberty will be heard on KCBC in Northern California every
Saturday at 10:30 a.m. We should reach many more listeners on that station.

Now is not the time to withdraw from the battle. Now is the time to stand for
righteousness. Always remember the admonition of John, the Apostle.

be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it

That is our hope - that we are the sons of God, and He will be with us
always, even unto the end of the world.
