The activists of Headwaters Forest Defense vs. County of Humboldt won a stunning appellate victory which reinstates their case, grants them a new trial, and makes new case law limiting the use of force on nonviolent political demonstrators. The second file also features plaintiff Terri Compost, and they are interviewed on Working Assets Broadcasting. Both interview came just after the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals granted their appeal.
