Jim, I strongly suspect, after reviewing this thread, that the problem is in
fact with AOL. AOL has never been noted for the ability of its mail program
to interact well with other mail clients. If you *do* move to a Web-based
mail server, remember that they invariably have limited space for each
account. When I was using Web-based servers--Hotmail, Yahoo, and Netscape--I
constantly ran up against my limit, especially when saving messages. BTW, if
anyone still questions the relevance of such a discussion to CTRL, just
remember: AOL + Time-Warner = what? Can you say NWO?

Bob

DECLARATION & DISCLAIMER
==========
CTRL is a discussion & informational exchange list. Proselytizing propagandic
screeds are unwelcomed. Substancenot soap-boxingplease! These are
sordid matters and 'conspiracy theory'with its many half-truths,
misdirections
and outright fraudsis used politically by different groups with major and
minor
effects spread throughout the spectrum of time and thought. That being said,
CTRL
gives no endorsement to the validity of posts, and always suggests to readers;
be wary of what you read. CTRL gives no credence to Holocaust denial and
nazi's need not apply.

Let us please be civil and as always, Caveat Lector.
