He terms himself a "reluctant" expert on environmental and biological weaponry and warfare. The researcher's appearance is being watched in anticipation by organizations across the U.S. and Canada that are protesting what they term "chemtrails," which are unexplained cloud-like patterns in the sky, similar to contrails left behind by jet engines. The chemtrail protest organizations allege that the patterns don't follow commercial flight routes and leave respiratory illnesses in their wakes.
