If it's decided, eventually, to build a Missile
Defense System, in my view, there appears that the following will have
to be accomplished first:
1. The election of Patrick J.
Buchanan,
and Constitutionalists to Congress,
2. The removal of ALL
Clintonites and pinkos from the federal burearcy.
3. Certification by PJB's
Attorney General that ALL security risks have been removed.
4. These steps should
be taken immediately after Mr. Buchanan inauguration.
