Don't worry...the LAST person from the Internet I'd consider meeting in
person is someone into S&M who goes by the moniker 'slavemaster'...
As much as I hate when people blame the victims, I really have to wonder
what was going through the minds of all these women when they agreed to
meet this guy, especially to travel to another state to meet him...

My guess is that it will be found that most of the women had no family,
or little contact with their family. In other words, they were basically
on their own. That explains why all these women could go missing, and
no one seems to have noticed. Or if it WAS noticed, anyone back home who
cared enough to file a missing persons report had no idea their relative
or friend had travelled out of state to meet someone they'd met in a
S&M chatroom...

This doesn't sound like that sort of case, altho it probably wouldn't
have hurt (no pun intended) if his intended victims had some discretionary
funds they could be convinced to bring with them to the intended
rendezvous site.
Sounds like these were younger women, and that this guy was more a sexual
predator than a con artist after their money...

Same here. In fact, anything on the net that asks for age, education,
income, I deliberately lie...to present myself as the least desirable
'demographic' possible...
