Posted to Freerepublic also. Gavin.

I am sure that most of you are familiar with the Oklahoma City bombing. For
those who need a reminder I have included some links at the bottom. I have
followed this incident very closely. The governemnt/mainstream media story
has only one use; to study how government disinformation and propaganda is
manufactured, disbursed and disseminated by the general public.

The government's story is a mishmash of lies, half-truths, misinformation,
red herrings and whatever else they can do to try and obfuscate the truth.
With a click of their heels, the mainstream media slavishly reports all this
nonsense to the public, after adding their own twist of course. But, no
matter how hard they try, the truth is always available to diligent
researchers.

The official story is of course, two men (only McVeigh on the day of the
bombing) and a 'home-brew' ANFO truck bomb. (and 'others unknown')

This production by the Clinton regime is one of the biggest disinformation
coups ever perpetrated on the American people. The Oklahoma City bombing is
one of the most Machiavellian orchestrated government incidents in several
decades, in my opinion worse than Waco.

I like Worldnetdaily and Joe Farah. He does a very good job, sometimes an
outstanding job, in exposing the head to toenail corruption in the
Clinton/Hillary/Reno dictatorship.

One thing has stuck in my craw though, why is there nothing on Worldnetdaily
about the massive government duplicity in the Oklahoma bombing? I ignored it.
It must be an oversight, right? He'll get around to it. Or maybe I just
wanted to believe that.

When I heard about Hugh Turley's banning on Freerepublic for posting his
opinion about Chris Ruddy, Joe Farah and Matt Drudge , I decided to ask Joe
some questions. I e-mailed Joe Farah and asked him why he has ignored the
bombing. Our brief correspondence is below.

Hello Joe,

A search of your website returned no in depth articles regarding the
governments lies and duplicity regarding the Oklahoma City bombing. You
tentatively place half a toe in with your article 'We knew this was going to
happen' 2 reserve deputies testify about Oklahoma City bombing" which is
unsigned. There is far more evidence of government prior knowledge than this.

" The New American"

http://thenewamerican.com/focus/okc/index.htm

magazine has followed this case from the beginning and has pointed out in
several articles the many large credibility gaps in the government/mainstream
media version of events which is supposedly two men, one on the day of the
bombing and a "home-brew" fertilizer truck bomb.

There have been several good books published documenting the lies and
cover-up in this incident, such as David Hoffman's' "The Oklahoma City
Bombing and the Politics of Terror," Michele Marie Moore's "Oklahoma City:
Day One," Jim Keith's "Okbomb! : Conspiracy and Cover-Up " Ambrose
Evans-Pritchard's "The Secret Life of Bill Clinton" in which he dedicates
about a 100 pages to the bombing. Yet nothing of substance on your site. Why?
Curiously, Gavin Phillips.

Joe Farah replies;

We have a limited reporting staff, which NEVER regurgitates reporting by
others. To commit to investigating the Oklahoma City bombing cover-up is a
major commitment of time and resources. There are many important stories we
are not able to cover. You cite much good work that has been done on this
story. I agree. Would you have us plough the same ground? Or should we focus
our efforts on reporting no one else is doing? We have chosen the latter.

I reply;

Hello Joe,

My reply to your e-mail is below. Gavin.

<< We have a limited reporting staff, which NEVER regurgitates reporting by
others.

Gavin;

You are not saying that all of your stories are exclusives, are you Joe? In
many of your articles I have seen similar information on other news websites,
or via mailing lists that I am on. You can still give a different viewpoint
and new facts on the same event. Where does regurgitating leave off Joe and
citing work by others begin?

Joe;

To commit to investigating the Oklahoma City bombing cover-up is a major
commitment of time and resources. There are many important stories we are not
able to cover.

Gavin;

Excuse me? The Oklahoma City bombing story is not important enough for you to
allocate resources to?

I am certain that you are aware of the facts about the bombing that have been
ignored by the mainstream media Joe, but here is a very short synopsis.

The Oklahoma City bombing is in at least the top three most horrendous
government cover-ups in the last 10 years or so. The government had prior
knowledge of the bombing from their informant Carol Howe. There were no BATF
agents in the building at the time of the bombing, (two clerical workers) one
agent told Bruce Shaw, who was looking for his wife, that "...they'd been
tipped by their pagers not to come to work that day."

The government said a 4,800 pound (decreased to 4,000 pounds at McVeigh's
trial) ANFO truck bomb was solely responsible for the damage to the Murrah
building. But several explosive and other experts have stated that an amateur
concocted fertilizer bomb detonated at a 15/20 foot standoff from the
building could never have inflicted anywhere near the degree of damage the
government says it did. Explosives inside caused most of the damage. Many
eyewitnesses said that they heard and/or felt two explosions about 7 seconds
apart.

Dr. Frederic Whitehurst, formerly in charge of the FBI Crime laboratory for
about 10 years, went public and said that certain agents working in the
laboratory had been manipulating forensic tests for years in favor of the
prosecution.

This is a very small sample of the information that remains unreported by the
fourth branch of government, the mainstream media. Researchers such as Devvy
Kidd (www.devvy.com) Hoppy Heidelberg, Charles Key, Pat Briley, Michele Marie
Moore, David Hoffman, Pat Shannan ("Media Bypass" magazine) and many others
have managed to expose much of the government lies and deception in this
incident on shoestring budgets.

You publish dozens of in depth articles about Waco, Kosovo, Vince Foster the
myriad of Clinton scandals, Elian , a whopping 357 hits for the Y2K nonevent
(I was also concerned about Y2K, but come on Joe, you massively over-hyped
that situation) and yet you deem the Oklahoma City bombing unworthy of some
time and resources in order to publish a few articles. So your readers remain
ignorant about the web of lies and deceit spun by the government about this
event.

Joe;

You cite much good work that has been done on this story. I agree. Would you
have us plough the same ground? Or should we focus our efforts on reporting
no one else is doing? We have chosen the latter.

Gavin;

You have ploughed some of the same ground on Waco and the dozens of
'Clintongates." How much time and money does it take Joe to telephone Hoppy
Heidelberg or Pat Briley? Or to send a reporter to Oklahoma to conduct some
interviews for a few days? Am I to believe that you are incapable of
'ploughing' any new ground in the Oklahoma City bombing case? How about a few
links to websites that are getting people as close to the truth as possible
about the bombing such as "The New American" magazine or Devvy Kidd's
website? As the saying goes Joe, the silence is deafening.

Apart from ignoring virtually all relevant facts about the Oklahoma bombing,
you do a very good job informing people about the appalling endemic
corruption in our government. But that is the problem. The fact that you do
such a thorough job of reporting all of the government's scandals in the last
few years but miss one of the biggest raises a serious question mark. Thank
you. Gavin Phillips.

I e-mailed my reply to him twice and he has chosen not to reply. As far as I
am concerned there is no excuse for Joe Farah's continued silence about the
Oklahoma City bombing.

Joe Farah's good friend Chris Ruddy and Newsmax.com also have a news blackout
regarding reporting anything of worth about the bombing. In fact, Ruddy's
site is even worse. The only reference I found when searching the site was an
excerpt from the County Grand Jury's final report. This report has been
completely discredited by several longtime researchers of the case. The
County Grand Jury basically agreed with the government, a total whitewash.

I do not know why, but the Oklahoma bombing is a taboo subject for Joe Farah
and Chris Ruddy. They purposely avoid reporting the enormous amount of prima
facie evidence that exists proving that the official version of events about
the bombing are completely erroneous.

As far as I'm concerned, there are no "sacred cows" in my pursuit of the
truth in this incident or any other. I try to remain as objective as possible
and constantly reevaluate information and obtain other peoples opinions so
that I can remain honest.

With time, our memories fade. Here is a brief reminder of the mass murder and
carnage brought upon the unsuspecting children, woman and men in Oklahoma
City on April 19, 1995.

...Tim Gilbert said, "They were lifting people out and we would grab them.
There were people yelling, ‘Over here! Help me.’ I don't know what happened
to those voices. The last five minutes we were in there, we couldn't hear
them anymore. We got seven people out, two adults and five kids." When asked
if he felt like a hero, Gilbert said, "No, I'm not a hero. They needed help.
Everyone was trying to do what they could."

We will never know how many lives were saved by the selfless acts of many
that day. In those first critical minutes after the bombing, people were
loading the injured into their own cars, trucks, vans and were rushing them
to the hospital. It is just as well because there were not enough emergency
vehicles available to help all of the injured.

Calls soon went out for desperately needed blood donors, within half an hour
the Cleveland County Red Cross was filled with hundreds of donors. Other
blood donation centers such as the Oklahoma Institutes Sylvia N. Goldman
Center and the University Blood Donation Unit rapidly filled to capacity as
people gladly queued for hours to give blood.

Nurse Toni Garrett said; "...And on the upper floors there were people that
were sitting at their desks that, when you first looked at them, you really
didn't know that they were dead. But when you got a closer look, you saw that
there was no way they could be sitting there alive with metal fragments
through their bodies. It seemed like there were people just sitting at their
desks waiting for someone to come and get them."

Mike Taylor, Director of Cardiopulmonary Services at Norman Regional
Hospital, was quoted as saying, "They're having to cut off body parts to get
them out of there. One worker came out with a medical back-pack and just
collapsed from the intensity of the scene."

Medical workers treated a man wandering from the building in a daze, with
cuts and broken bones. He had lost both arms in the explosion but seemed
strangely unaware of his condition.

Rescue workers reported a gruesome scene inside the Murrah Building with
bodies and body parts strewn everywhere. Mr. Ramsey's son, a policeman, told
his father what he had seen when he went inside the Murrah Building; ”...He
was sharing with us that he had pulled out four two-to three-year-olds that
were dead and I think six adults that were dead...He saw many people who were
in great pain-maimed, tops of their heads blown off, eyes blown out-horrible,
horrible things!..."

Michele Marie Moore retells this heart wrenching moment, page 65 ”Oklahoma
City: Day One”

"In one unforgettable moment of many that day, television viewers watched in
grief as a police officer, stumbling trancelike from the building, stopped by
the street curb near a parked patrol car. Overcome with the emotional stress
and tragedy of the event, the officer folded his arms around his face as if
to blot out all he had seen, bowed himself over the hood of the vehicle, and
wept openly. We all wept with him."

Never forget. The government had prior knowledge about the bombing. Joe Farah
and Chris Ruddy have ignored it. Thank you. In truth. Gavin Phillips.
