Those Tennesseean's couldn't be more right! That's exactly what happened in
Michigan. We had what was called a temporary State Income Tax and my guess
it's been temporary now for around 30 years. You give them one thing and
they'll eventually take it all and piss it away except for what the State
Legislators can pocket in their fat pensions.
