HEADLINE: Report blames Hillary over missing papers

A BOMBSHELL report on Hillary Clinton will "strongly suggest"
that it was she who caused crucial "missing" legal papers to
reappear mysteriously in the private quarters at the White House.
Fox News claims that the special prosecutor, Robert Ray, believes
the First Lady was responsible for the papers whose existence the
Clinton administration had repeatedly denied - suddenly showing
up.
The report, described as "damning", will be issued in September -
just as Mrs Clinton's campaign for a senate seat in New York gets
into high gear. The story of the files reported missing and under
subpoena for two years by federal investigators - begins with the
probe into the White-water affair, involving the Clin-tons and a
property speculation.
Soon after the investigation began, two students were engaged to
shred materials that had been in the care of Vince Foster, a
White House counsel who had been in charge of the Clintons' legal
affairs and who had committed suicide.
The papers included records of Mrs Clinton's legal work for a
bank, Madison Guarantee, while a lawyer at the Rose Law firm in
Little Rock, Arkansas.
She had told investigators that she had done almost no work for
this client. In particular she had sworn she had done no work on
Castle Grande, a failed property development whose deficits were
paid by the taxpayer, as the government had guaranteed the bank
for $ 4million (�2.72mil-lion). Mrs Clinton told investigators:
"I don't believe I knew anything about Castle Grande."
She said she had ordered all Whitewater and Madison records
shredded in the mid Eighties "to save money".
In 1996, however, the missing records reappeared at the White
House. They showed Mrs Clinton had done work for the bank and on
Castle Grande. Presented with this evidence, she said she had
known the Castle Grande project under a different name, IDC. But
David Hale, who had lent $ 300,000 to one of the Clintons'
business partners, swore he had spoken to Mrs Clinton about
Castle Grande.
