I have some information that in 1985 Red Chinese students at MIT with
Top Security clearance had access to neutron bomb secrets, and some of
these "students" were virtually in their dotage.
Further, when you have American Oil Interests involved in off shore
drilling in Red China during that time frame, just how was this possible
