So the subject is devils: Now when you read this item, the FBI, BATF
all look great - they caught a devil worshiper, not an arsonist nor do
they report this man, this Devil, was so badly burned by setting a fire,
that he was psychotic, that he had kids enter into pacts with him
alleged to be drawn in blood - anyway, this one story noted this:

Church fires got so bad, mostly white churches, but when black churches
started to burn - oh boy Clinton off his can....Hells Fire, let the
rurual churches go up in holy smoke.

Now this Ballengr's attorney wondered how his client could admit to so
many as 50 fires, for the state he was in - third degree burns, he still
has skin grafts to do, under medication, and again, this man was a
sicko. Local police in Indiana knew of his past alliance with
Satan....

Makes nice headlines; praise Janet Reno, and the local police were
tossed a bone.

So am forwarding three items, which are interesting, but show how this
guy got caught - for FBI had nothing to do with it.

And, did this guy do all this; was he a paid arsonist; organized crime
operates this way.
How many churches and OTHER businesses did he actually burn, for this
guy according to his contracts was going big time? And living with a
dancer - probably a go go girl but how strange such a creep would end up
in the
show business rackets - so who led this psychotic down his own personal
road to Hells Fire.

Note: Most of this guy's targets had white congregations.....

Devil Worshipper Admits 26 Church Fires
UPI

Wednesday, July 12, 2000

WASHINGTON A Yorktown, Ind., man who considered himself a missionary
of Lucifer pleaded guilty Tuesday to setting 26 churches on fire in
eight states between 1994 and 1999, the Justice Department announced.

A department spokesman said most of his targets had white congregations.

Jay Scott Ballinger, 38, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in
Indianapolis to 29 criminal counts in 10 separate indictments and
complaints unsealed Tuesday.

The plea followed a nationwide investigation by the FBI, the Treasury
Department's Bureau of

Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, the Indiana State Fire Marshals Office,
many other state and local investigators and the National Church Arson
Task Force,

set up by President Clinton in 1996 after numerous reports of arson at
black churches.

According to a plea agreement unsealed Tuesday, the Justice Department
will recommend that Ballinger be sentenced to more than 42 years in
prison.

He still faces additional charges in Georgia for allegedly setting five
church fires from December 1998 to January 1999, including one blaze in
which a firefighter died.

A Justice Department statement said Ballinger grew up in the Yorktown
area but traveled the country extensively during his adult life,
"studying and practicing his beliefs as a Luciferian. He frequently
expressed his hostility toward organized Christianity, signed
individuals he met to contracts with the devil and termed himself a
missionary of Lucifer."

Ballinger began traveling with an 18-year-old woman named Angela Wood in
late 1993, the department said. While living in motels with Ballinger,
Wood worked short term as a nightclub dancer at a number of locations to
pay their living expenses. The department said Wood often acted as
Ballinger's lookout as he set the fires.

The pair worked late at night or early in the morning, the government
said, usually targeting isolated rural churches.

Wood pleaded guilty in November 1999 to several counts and has been
cooperating with the government investigation. She will be sentenced
when the case against Ballinger is completed.

A federal judge set a sentencing date for Ballinger in 70 days.
The National Church Arson Task Force, headed by the Justice Department,
has investigated 900 fires since 1996. Its 35.6 percent arrest rate is
more than double that of arson investigations nationwide.
