First you need to get a decent newsreader. For most people, the news app on
their current browser program will do. For users of Windows, if you wish to set
many parameters and have control over many separate features, freeware Free
Agent and full product Fort Agent are excellent.

After you've chosen the program, you need to find from your ISP the address of
your newsgroup (NG) server. You plug that into the appropriate slot during
setup and you should be good to go!
You can also use a web-based Usenet news agency like Dejanews at

screeds are unwelcomed. Substancenot soap-boxingplease! These are
sordid matters and 'conspiracy theory'with its many half-truths, mis-

major and minor effects spread throughout the spectrum of time and thought.
That being said, CTRLgives no endorsement to the validity of posts, and
always suggests to readers; be wary of what you read. CTRL gives no
credence to Holocaust denial and nazi's need not apply.
Let us please be civil and as always, Caveat Lector.
