age of the students and or persons involved, is worth consideration.

Police investigate syringe attack at OSU Columbus, OH. July 17 � A man
has been charged with attacking a woman with a syringe at Ohio State
University's main library, campus police said. Authorities do not yet
know what was in the syringe but do not believe it contained a drug,
campus police Chief Ron Michalec said Monday.
� ����Tests on the substance should be completed within the
week.
����The woman, Weidong Zhu, 33, was seated at a table Sunday
when she felt liquid on her foot and then sharp pain, Michalec said.
����Zhu, who was wearing sandals, then saw Dwight Pannell, 35,
under the table and later noticed blood on her foot, he said.
����"It was unprovoked and there's no real motive at this time,"
Michalec said.
����Pannell, of Columbus, was stopped by officers as he was
leaving the library. Officers found a syringe on him and 17 others in
his vehicle, Michalec said.
����Pannell was charged with assault and possession of criminal
tools. If convicted, he would face up to a year in jail and $2,000 in
fines.
����Zhu was treated at a hospital and released. Michalec said
she gave police a Columbus address but may be visiting the city.
