Trulock, a former Department of Energy official who blew the whistle on the Clinton administration's lax security of its nuclear weapons secrets, became the target of the FBI after he penned an article for the National Review strongly critical of the Clinton administration and the FBI. The FBI has claimed that Trulock's computer may contain sensitive and classified data. "Outrageous, just outrageous," Trulock told the National Review yesterday, noting his article for the magazine contained no classified material and that he had passed a lie detector test demonstrating he had not shared such information with anyone. Trulock said FBI agents threatened to break down the door to his home, which was opened by his landlady. Since going public with allegations of DOE and Clinton administration misconduct, Trulock has been a target for government harassment. Recently, Trulock was fired by TRW.
