I checked out this site, and found the following page of interest...

As CTRL list members may recall from last year, I also
reported this phenomena -- military choppers landing at
local parks and schools.
Funny, my pictures look hauntingly similar to
the pictures already on this site...Lots of people
there checking out the helicopter, lots of smiling
faces, etc...
With this evidently happening in more
than one state, I now know that I can
trust those smiling faced military men.
