Well, I WAS gonna write a review of *Kingdom Come* for CTRL but looks like
Kenn Thomas, via Kris, beat me to it... I just finished the book, and it is
very impressive. I knew I was onto something here when the hero's cover
name turned out to be "Kerry Thornley." Hougan rings in all of the major
conspiracy themes we've all come to know and love on this list, and turns
out the best Grand Unified Conspiracy Theory I've seen since Eco's
*Foucault's Pendulum*. This one is genuinely plausible, despite the
satirical/parodical character of much of the book. It's much more readable,
IMHO, than Eco's book (and a LOT shorter!).

==========
CTRL is a discussion & informational exchange list. Proselytizing propagandic
screeds are unwelcomed. Substancenot soap-boxingplease! These are
sordid matters and 'conspiracy theory'with its many half-truths, mis-
directions and outright fraudsis used politically by different groups with
major and minor effects spread throughout the spectrum of time and thought.
That being said, CTRLgives no endorsement to the validity of posts, and
always suggests to readers; be wary of what you read. CTRL gives no
credence to Holocaust denial and nazi's need not apply.
Let us please be civil and as always, Caveat Lector.
