Bryant will have another close encounter with the judicial system, this time in the Circuit Court in Alexandria, Virginia. Bryant, a controversial UFO activist, is best known for his 1980 unsuccessful federal "Writ of Habeas Corpus Extraterrestrial" lawsuit to force the government to free all ETs held in captivity. This present lawsuit, to force the Governor to protect the residents of Virginia against an ET invasion, is no less controversial. "I urge all people to attend this hearing" stated Bryant.
