It is still in effect, altho it's a 7-per-day limit, not 10. It's just that Spitzer
has been granted the right to post unlimited
number of posts per day, which isn't fair to the rest of us.
No one would bitch if he'd send perhaps 10 to 15, but my God the other day I had to
delete almost 50 of them from him...

While I have the ability to read it, I don't, because as a matter of principal I don't
read email attachments because of the chance
