Nadelmann refused to even look at my new book, Drug War: Covert Money, Power
& Policy, claiming overwork - despite the fact that the subject is, more or
less, the same subject as his ph d thesis (Cops Across Borders). Gettman,
on the other hand, was the first person to publish me, back when he headed
NORML, and has always been accessible and supportive. As usual, Gettman is
raising piercing and essential questions.

Subject: [CIA-DRUGS] DEA capitulation overlooked?
