Hungary could declare that everyone in the world who is at least one-eighth Hungarian
will from this day forth be considered a
citizen of Hungary.
I am one-quarter Hungarian. Under the above rule Hungary would consider me a citizen.
But _I_ would not consider myself a citizen of Hungary. I'd still consider myself as
being an American citizen, and nothing but an
American citizen.
So the question is not whether Israel considers Lieberman a citizen, but rather does
Lieberman consider himself a citizen of Israel?
