Ma (Pac) Bell sent us her usual guilt ridden reproachment, to the effect that
some cusomers were 'abusing' their access to the newsgroups, so for the
good of all customers, we are being given a service improvement
consisting of limiting access on newsgroups to 128 kbytes/s. (No warning
regarding email restrictions as well.)

Thank you Ma Bell. You are so kind I think I will send you a virus. (Just
Kidding.) (Maybe.)
