So what? This is hardly new information. The U.S. has been training foreign
military personnel at stateside bases for more than fifty years. This
particular operation, IIRC, was widely trumpeted by the Pentagon as an example
of the military cooperation between NATO and the new nations emerging out of the
collapsed Soviet Union.
In any event, the pictures are so amateurish that they provide zero
information...no unit insignia are visible, for example. We have no proof, in
fact, that these "soldiers" are anything but Americans dressed up in camouflage
fatigues with national I.D. patches from assorted countries, all of which you
can buy at your local Army-Navy store or on the Internet.
If you're trying to provide "proof" that the U.N. is planning a military
takeover of the United States, well, this ain't it.
