Subject: Sarfatti affirms UFOs and ETs "on the record"
[NOTE by Dr. Richard Boylan:
I am forwarding this exchange of correspondence between
quantum physicist Jack Sarfatti and another physicist,
because Sarfatti is talking rather loosely and openly about
UFO and ET information to which he has been privy via
security clearances and contacts made when he worked for a
National Security contractor to the government on
antigravity projects several decades ago.
While Sarfatti would deny, despite his
generously-proportioned ego, that he is part of any
Acclimation Program, the fact that he has not been shut up
means that Uncle Sam doesn't mind that he, too, is telling
fellow scientists that UFOs are real and ETs do visit
humans -- with serious political implications.
Sarfatti is heavily influenced by the militarist wing
of the UFO management group, and spouts the line that the
ETs may be a Trojan Horse.
Such an assessment is, of course, nonsense, as abundant
historical evidence makes clear. - RB]

[Jack Sarfatti] I am not sure about what you just said. This is
up Roger Penrose's alley. I understand Penrose to profess that
actual human understanding is already "noncomputable".
Therefore, your argument is false because you make the "strong
AI" postulate that all human experiences, understanding in
particular, are "algorithmic" requiring step by step serial
computation forward in time like a classical computer. I think
Penrose's whole point is to deny this notion. Also does Chaitin
include the quantum superposition principle for infinite parallel
processing in his theorems? Beyond that, does he include the
post-quantum feedback-control loop between mind and matter. I was
under the impression that Chaitin's theorems are strictly
classical based on Boolean lattices essentially. Is that correct?
If so, what he says is completely irrelevant to the limitations
on the conscious mind.

[Jack Sarfatti] I don't understand this. I have no doubt that
classical algorithms restricted by retarded causality in their
material implementations may obey Chaitin's theorems, but your
error is one of physics by associating these theorems to the
workings of the sentient mind. The theorems will apply to certain
classical mechanic stochastic mechanisms in the biological
organism but not to that key subsystem (the billion billion caged
electron qubits coherently enslaved by the Crick near electric
brain field at 40 Hz perhaps) wherein human conscious
understanding is generated. A good example is the noncomputable
post-quantum process by which these c-bit strings you are now
perceiving, via back-action to your pilot field, are being
instantly generated in a matter of a few seconds without any
prior thought on my part. The human biocomputer is exceedingly
fast in its creative powers for unexpected nonrandom output. So
much for irreducible local quantum randomness as a limitation on
the conscious mind of Man or ET. Hogwash! Look at what is
happening inside your own skull and beyond.

[Jack Sarfatti] Hogwash, any sentient system is already in
nonequilbrium both thermodynamically in Prigogine's sense and
sub-quantally in Valentini's sense so that quantum randomness is
strongly violated. These sentences are not quantum random and
they are generated in a nonclassical nonrandom post-quantum ways.
The data is staring you in the face literally! Stop this Laputan
nonsense. Look! Think! Listen!
