-Caveat Lector- Prudy, I inherited a copy of T & H from my older son who graduated at Geo'town SFS in '97 (undergrad) but suspect it is in storage. I tried to read it and found the 1300+ pages required more time that I could allot to it. I asked my son how he had managed to read the entire book during school and he said they were not required to do so but had excerpts and commentaries. I will browse through his abandoned things left in his room and see if it is among them or if his notes or info on whose commentaries they actually used are still here if anybody is interested.
