-Caveat Lector- Wow! And this is just for marijuana? I wonder what the stats would be with all the other varieties of recreational drugs included. What is really scary is how this gives the police the right to conduct all sorts of searches/seizures/asset forfeiture/helicopter searches of property/dogs sniffing and anything else they can think up to do to the public at large without concern if actual drugs are even involved. It has turned the police into the enemy of the people with wrong-address raids and shootings in the middle of the night, etc. I think ending the "War on Drugs (people)' should be very high on the priority list of all Americans not wanting to live in a police state.
