Environment Case (14.4 | 28.8) -- NPR's Nina Totenberg previews arguments in
today's Supreme Court case, which poses a fundamental challenge to federal
regulatory powers. At issue is whether Congress acted within the
Constitution, when it ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to enforce
the Clean Air Act of 1970 by setting clean air standards based on public

Again the Supreme Court is siding with the National Foreign Trade Council
and the multi-national corporations. This time the court is ruling against
Congress' decision some 30 years ago on the Clean Air Act.
I ask, why are the Supreme Court justices allowing themselves to be
manipulated and bending the U.S. Constitution in any manner they wish? Or is
it that the justices corruptly beleive they are above the law and can out
vote the people of the United States?
Previously this year on at least 2 other cases, the Supreme Court has
stepped on our Constitional Rights. The Burma Selective Purchasing law is
one example. The people of the state of Massachusettes used their rightful
vote to help the people of Burma. But the NFTC and the Supreme Court said it
was un-constitutional.
But then, whose Constitutional rights come first ? The people's ? A
state "For and by the People...". The State Department ? Does it have
rights? Or the Corporations.
Unfortunately, corporations due to a rule that allows the corporation to
be sued, also allowed it to have rights as an individual.
