Big Step Toward NWO Once you read these articles you will understand that, very quickly, events are going to start occurring so rapidly, and with such ferocity, that people will literally be scared out of their minds. In fact, they may be so scared that they would allow their government to "temporarily" suspend their civil liberties, criminal rights, and Constitutional government in exchange for "protection" from the forces which are ravaging the globe. You will also understand that "Extreme Environmentalism" is the driving force behind much of this panic. In NEWS1031, we took some time to discuss the historical plan under which the "Extreme Environmentalism" of today is operating to bring about the New World Order. We shall just hit the highlights in this article, and we do encourage you to read the entire text of NEWS1031. First, understand that this New World Order Plan was created, in its outline form, in the mid-1700's. When you understand this fact, much of what is occurring today will be absolutely believable and will make a great deal of sense to you. Let us review two quotes from the oldest known New World Order planning document, "The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion". Written with a very thin cover as the plans of worldwide Jewry to gain control of the world, this plan is, in reality, a most comprehensive plan as to how to achieve the New World Order. The exact date in which this was written is obscured, but some believe it was written in the late 1700's. When I read this little volume, I am amazed at the supernatural insight into human behavior these authors possessed. Listen, now, to their plans as the world is just about to enter the final phase of the transition into their 'kingdom', the New World Order. "When we come into our kingdom, our orators will expound great problems which have turned humanity upside down in order to bring it, at the end, under our beneficent rule. Who will ever suspect, then, that all these peoples were stage-managed by us according to a political plan which no one has so much as guessed at in the course of many centuries?" ["The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, end of Protocol No. 13.] Wow!! None of the peoples who are living at the time when the kingdom of the New World Order is being established, will ever understand that they have been 'stage-managed' by their leaders according to a plan that is several centuries old!! The New World Order literature quite boldly declares, time and time again, that their plan is a conspiracy. Why, then, do people find it so difficult to believe that a conspiracy exists and is trying mightily to get your freedoms and your very life? The more the Government tries to "explain" away the UFO controversy, the more people see right through them, and believe the more strongly in UFO's and Aliens. And, the more the Government and people like Rush Limbaugh and Hollywood attack conspiracy notions, the more I believe in them. But, of course, the major reason I believe in conspiracy is because the Bible strongly teaches that, at the End of the Age, Satan will work through world leaders to gradually reorganize the world politically, economically, and spiritually, for the express purpose of handing this new power over to the Antichrist [Revelation 17:12-17; Daniel 7:7-8]. Of course, the Bible states in Genesis 3 that Satan conspired against God in the Garden of Eden to deceive Adam and Eve so they would disobey God and sin. Then, in Isaiah 14:12-15, God tells us of the original rebellion in Heaven, where Lucifer conspired against God's authority and power. These verses tell us that Lucifer conspired to take over God's throne and rule the universe. Finally, in Revelation 12:3-4, we get the final piece of the puzzle, where Lucifer is pictured as a fiery red dragon, who caused one-third of the angels of heaven to join him in his rebellion against God. Remember, these rebellions in the heavenlies occurred before God created this world, and the current universe. Therefore, born again Christians should naturally expect a conspiracy at the End of the Age, and be on the lookout for it. Thus it was, that I was not surprised to read New Age literature about the plans of the New World Order, describing these plans as an "open conspiracy". In so many ways, New Age writings about the coming New World Order parallel Biblical prophecy. This is a faith building time for Fundamental Christians, who know their Bibles, to be alive and to be a light within our communities, even though in many other ways, this is the most sin scarred time period in history! Now, let us return to our story about Extreme Environmentalism being the key to the implementation of the New World Order. One of the major teachings of humanism is that man is no better than the animals. In fact, he is just an animal that is more highly evolved. However, top leaders of the New World Order Plan have taken this concept to a new, and more radical, plane. They are insisting that man has evolved into such a "predatory" animal, that he threatens all other animals, and Mother Earth herself [Gaia is her name] with extinction. Man's "predatory" nature that is threatening the world is manifested in his pollution and destruction of the environment and his destruction of the many species of wildlife. Therefore, man is a dangerous "animal" that must be controlled by other men who have spiritually "evolved" into a higher state than the rest of us humans. Of course, these "more highly evolved" humans just so happen to be the ones who are controlling governments and global institutions today that are spearheading the drive to the New World Order!! They have concocted many extreme environmental "crises" that are global in nature, and are being promoted by schools and various governmental agencies as "turning mankind upside down". Further, expect that we shall soon hear that Mars was destroyed by men who mindlessly and carelessly polluted her, with the implication that we had better stop our current way of living that is doing the same environmental damage to Earth!! In NEWS1028, we showed you how the New World Order Plan envisions that over 50% of America will be set aside so that no human activity whatsoever can occur within these set aside areas. Again, we encourage you to read this article if you have not done so yet! We even showed you an example as to how this plan is being implemented, right under our very noses, and always with the highest sounding rhetoric possible. It seems to be a principle with these guys, that, whenever they want to enact legislation that will have the effect of destroying us, or enslaving us, they do so with the highest flying rhetoric they can possibly write. I guess we should beware whenever we hear a politician sounding off about how much they care about us, or how much they are about to do for us! Today, we want to focus on two other instances where either Congress or the White House is implementing this United Nations plan to set aside over 50% of all of America for the express purpose of denying human beings access to any of this land. But, before we actually begin this study, let us hear the appropriate quote again, from one of the current leaders in this effort, Reed Noss, Director of The Wildlands Project. Noss stated the goal very succinctly, "the collective needs of non-human species must take precedence over the needs and desires of humans." ["A Special Report: The Wildlands Project Unleashes Its War On Mankind", by Marilyn Brannan, Associate Editor, Monetary & Economic Review, p. 5. Emphasis ours] Now, let us look at these two instances where the "collective needs of non-human species" [like the spotted owl, other endangered species, including fish] are being given precedence over the needs of man. The first instance is a Senate Bill [S-546], called the Northern Forest Stewardship Act. This bill would "acquire" 26 million acres of rural northern New England, for the express purpose of shutting down the forests and rural communities of New England, thus denying any human activity! In 1991, Brock Evans, then Vice-President and Chief Lobbyist for the National Audubon Society, spoke to environmentalist leaders in the Boston area about the activities planned for setting aside huge tracts of land in the Northeast. Brock said, "This will be an even bigger campaign in the next few years than the Ancient Forest Campaign we're just going through in the Pacific Northwest ... I don't agree that we can't get it all back ... I don't agree that it shouldn't all be in the public domain." This statement is as Draconian as it sounds. Under this bill, three Federal Land agencies -- the national Park Service, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. Forest Service -- will write regulations defining how they will 'assist' the states and embark on a massive land acquisition planning program. That will then lead to preauthorized Federally-funded state and Federal land acquisition, with no limits on where they will buy or the cost. In other words, the Federal Government is so committed to "acquiring" this land that they will not be limited by such mundane considerations like cost! Obviously, this project means a great deal to them. When I look at the map showing these "acquired" areas of America that are going to be set aside for "non-human species", I can see that most of the extreme Northeast is thus set aside! Where an area is not completely forbidden to humans, it is crisscrossed with "Human Buffer Zones" which "severely limit use" by humans. The entire Northeast is planned to be carefully mapped out in this manner. This Northern Forest Stewardship Act is a most deliberate, planned bill that actually implements this terrible plan. Most of this beautiful, heavily wooded area is going to be put off limits to human living, commerce, and recreational activity! But, you ask, what about the private owners of this "acquired" land? What about their rights? "Landowners need not be notified until the final stages, when, according to one patronizing section of the bill, you will be 'involved in a meaningful way that acknowledges [your] concerns about public land acquisition' - before the acquisitions proceed regardless of your 'concerns'. ["Northern New England Land Grab Legislation", 29 July 1997, Kepi Newsletter] In other words, you, the private property owner, will be notified just before your land is to be confiscated. The government will base its actions upon both this land use bill and its established right of "eminent domain". When this plan gets into full swing, the landowner or property owner should not expect to receive a dollar value anywhere close to the full market value of their property. Of course, everyone will want to move out anyway, because the normal economy of this region will immediately be ruined, as all natural resources will be declared "sustainable preserves" that will be off limits to any business or city for any reason. Commerce will die, as is the plan! The second action that the Federal Government is using to attempt to enact this U.N. "Biodiversity" Plan, whereby over 50% of all of America will be denied human access, is an initiative called "American Heritage Rivers' Initiative". [All quotes taken from "What It Means In A Nutshell: American River's Initiative", 25 July, 1997, Kepi Newsletter] "In his State of the Union Address, President Clinton announced he would designate 10 Heritage Rivers this year. His plan to create the 'American Heritage Rivers Initiative' by presidential proclamation was announced in the Federal Register May 21." [Comments were planned to only be taken until June 9. For full details, you can contact the Executive Office of the President; Council on Environmental Quality, Old Executive Office Bldg., Rm. 360, Wash., DC 20501. Fax: 202-456-6546.] Of course, this plan creates a dangerous precedent of acting by Presidential Proclamation rather than through the normal legislative process through the U.S. Congress. However, we should not be too surprised, since many of the details of this coming New World Order Plan in this country have been set into place by Presidential Executive Order. Even F.E.M.A. [Federal Emergency Management Association] was created by Executive Order. F.E.M.A. is the organization which will take over the day-to-day operations of the Federal Government as the total planned disasters begin to unfold, disasters which we have repeatedly stated are designed to panic the American people into allowing their freedoms and their Constitutional Government to be disbanded. Under this American Heritage Rivers Plan, "nomination of rivers can come from any source in or outside a 'River Community'." In other words, a river can be 'nominated' to be declared a Heritage River System, either by local residents or officials in Washington, D.C. Can you hazard a guess as to who will be doing all the nominating? The President, of course. Once someone 'nominates' a river system under this plan, designation will be permanent. How convenient this little detail is!!! In other words, once a particular river system is nominated, no act of Congress will be able to change this designation! But, there is more horror! This designation can include the entire watershed!! Do you realize how long many of our rivers run in this country? A major river system can run many, many thousands of miles, and can cut through dozens of states. Furthermore, these long rivers are fed by thousands to streams and smaller rivers, emptying a watershed that is of enormous size!! Tens of millions of people will be affected! When you realize that the same type of property confiscation authority that we have discussed in the Northern Forest Stewardship Act will probably be in force here, you can see that the Federal Government is planning on setting aside huge amounts of territory!! Obviously, the entire Mississippi River System must be first on their list. How does the Federal Government plan to initialize and carry out this vast program? "Thirteen (13) federal agencies will be involved in planning, implementation, management and enforcement. A federally appointed 'River Navigator' will control all land use and management activities in the area. Federal agencies will be granted '...flexibility from certain bureaucratic requirements' allowing them to avoid rules which may now limit activity. Aerial photography and satellite surveillance will be used to police the program. Only the president has final approval of the initiative". In other words, the Federal officials that will be implementing this program will be bound by no rules and no laws that might prevent them from absolutely taking over!! Is this Communist Russia? No, this is just the New World Order NAFTA, intent upon enslaving us as we enter this global system of Antichrist. This American Heritage Rivers' Initiative has been slowed dramatically as opposition has suddenly exploded from many quarters. In fact, this opposition is so intense that it just may have stalled the Plan in its tracks. But, do not think for a moment that this terrible plan is dead. If it is, indeed, stalled, it will be revived at the earliest possible moment. This brings me to the final point: I do not see how the final details of this plan to set aside so much of America for the express purpose of denying human activity can possibly be enacted as long as we are still voting for officials of Congress and state legislators. Therefore, we can expect that the more stringent parts of this Plan will await the planned disasters and crises about which we have repeatedly warned. New Age writers, like Ruth Montgomery, have spoken about these crises a lot. Let us allow her to have the last word on this part of the plan. Ruth admits that her books are the result of demonic spirits [whom she calls 'guides'] writing through her, in a process called 'Automatic Writing'. In her book, "Herald of the New Age", Ruth prepares her readers for the terrible events which must occur before the world can enter into the "wonderful" New World Order. As you read Ruth's warnings, you will recognize the prophecies of the Book of Revelation. "As they had promised, the Guides completed their account of "The World Before" [another Ruth Montgomery book] by opening a door to future events, and many of these predictions of twelve years ago have already come to pass; yet the most ominous warning they issued concerned the entire planet. A shift of the earth on its axis will occur near the end of this century, they insisted ... it will, nevertheless, cause widespread devastation to life as we know it. Millions will pass into spirit, and those millions who survive in physical body will live through trying times until a new era of peace and understanding is built on what remains, plus newly risen lands. 'Those who fear death should put it firmly from their minds', they insisted, 'as this planetary cleansing is inevitable and our spirits are eternal ...' " {pages 184-185]. The entire planet is going to go through a period of 'cleansing' in which all the old, outmoded forms of life are to be 'cleansed' so that only those who fully accept the claims of the New World Order and its Messiah, The Christ, will survive. Mother Gaia will play "Her" part in this cleansing experience, as "She" will turn on her axis, creating exceedingly great destruction and loss of life. Do not be deceived: this 'cleansing' is the same type of 'cleansing' which Adolf Hitler implemented against the Jews and his 12 million "others", as he 'cleansed' all the undesirables and undeserving from the earth. As I read of these revelations through New Age writers of the coming chaos and destruction, I am reminded of the Book of Revelation in two ways. 1) The chaos and physical destructions seem eerily like those described in Revelation, as God pours out His judgments on the earth. 2) For the first time, I can understand what God was saying in Revelation 9:21. In Revelation 6-9, we read that two-thirds of mankind was destroyed by various judgments. Yet, in 9:21, God wonders aloud that "they did not repent of their murders or their practice of magic or their sexual vice or their thefts". How could this be? How could people experience such obvious judgments of God and not repent? Either their hearts must be incredibly hard, or they did not recognize these events as God's Judgments. But, how could they not recognize these disasters as judgments? Because New Age writers like Ruth Montgomery have already prepared them for these disasters, putting a false spin on them. Therefore, when they occur, these people will not recognize them as judgments from God, and will feel no need to 'repent' of anything. But, now let us return to Ruth Montgomery, this time on page 190-191, as her demonic 'Guides' again begin to speak again of this coming chaos and physical destruction. "Ruth's sessions at the typewriter grew farther and farther apart, but each time that she returned to the automatic writing, hoping that the Guides had something new to impart, they would start in again about the world changes that they could foresee. It was urgent, they insisted, that people be warned of the approaching planetary chaos. 'They must realize that after the shift, the earth's population will be so decimated that there will be limited opportunity for souls to return to life for a long time to come', they wrote .... 'At the time of the shift so many millions of souls will be coming over simultaneously that it will unduly tax our normal system of greeting and helping them to adjust to the fact that they are still alive but no longer in physical bodies.' " Do you see how easily death is explained away? There is no fear of death and God's resulting judgment; rather, people's disembodied spirits are simply 'welcomed' in this supernatural realm and 'helped' to adjust to their new situation. As Ruth stated, a little later, on page 191, "... in reality there is no death, but only change ..." Does this not sound like the lie which Satan told Eve in the Garden of Eden? "You shall not surely die", said Satan to Eve; or was it the spider to the fly? Later, Ruth again returned to this concept of global catastrophe. "This global catastrophe, the Guides claim, will cleanse the earth of pollution and evil people and will usher the long-awaited New Age of a thousand years of peace." How will "evil people" be "cleansed" from the Earth? One assumes, based upon Ruth's writings here, that Mother Gaia will cleanse them with her calamities; however, there is no way that earthquakes or hurricanes, or any natural disaster, can differentiate between "good" and "evil" people. Therefore, this "cleansing" of "evil people" can only come at the hands of the men who are implementing this coming New World Order. "Evil people" are consistently defined in New Age literature as people who cannot and do not accept the claims of The New Age Christ [Antichrist]. These "evil people" are to be "cleansed". What does the Bible say about this "cleansing"? In Revelation 6:9, we read, "And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held" This word, "slain" literally means "beheading", which just so happens to be the method of "cleansing" planned by the New World Order!! Is it not convenient that New Agers also believe that their Messiah will reign in peace for 1,000 years? Of course, this is a counterfeit parallel to Revelation 20:4-5, where Jesus Christ, the True Messiah, will rule and reign for 1,000 years after the False Messiah, Antichrist, has finished his 7-year rule and is captured by a powerful angel to be bound for the Millennia of peace [Revelation 20:1-3]. In other words, the Bible foretells that two Messiahs will arise: the first will be the False, evil Messiah, whom the Bible calls Antichrist; the second will be the True, good Messiah, Jesus Christ. But, did you know that the 'Guides' of Ruth Montgomery also parallel this Biblical sequence of events? On page 200, the Guides told Ruth all about this sequence of events. "The Guides foresaw famine and war before the shift ... Near the time of the shift, which the Guides claim is inevitable, they said the Antichrist will rise to great power and will fool many before he is eventually perceived as evil and forcibly removed, making way for One who will follow and usher in the New Age of a thousand years of peace." Wow!! The Guides are warning of two Messiahs appearing, just as the Bible foretells! The first Messiah will be false, here called 'Antichrist', and the Guides predict he will deceive many. Isn't this exactly what is foretold in Scripture? Of course, it is, in the passages just quoted, above, plus in many others in both the Old and New Testaments. The first Messiah to appear in this New Age scenario is called 'Antichrist', by the demonic 'Spirit Guides', through New Age writer, Ruth Montgomery! Amazing!! What makes this study so very exciting is that we can point out to everyone all of the instances where New Age Plans either fulfill Bible prophecy or parallel it!! Then, the Guides take an abrupt turn in their discussion of the coming planetary chaos and destruction, as they begin to speak of the man who will be President of the United States at the time of this planetary shift. Before I begin the quotation, I feel the need to define a term which is most important to this discussion. The Guides say that many souls who have lived many incarnations in the past are now coming into the lives of individuals living now, in a process called "Walk-Ins". See Radio Transcript, CE1050 for full details. These "Walk-ins" fully appreciate the value of the coming New World Order and are prepared to "assist" the peoples of earth in achieving it. They are arriving in especially large numbers to "assist" the earth in this traumatic experience of the coming planetary destruction. The Guides told Montgomery that these Walk-ins were targeting people who were in authority throughout the earth, including the President of the United States!! As you listen to Montgomery's spirit Guides describe this phenomenon, please remember that these "walk-ins" are nothing more than demon possession!! "During the next decade [1990's] and before the shift of the earth on its axis, the Guides told Ruth, a Walk-in will be elected President of the United States ... People will be aware of his special qualities ... many will realize his Walk-in status while others will think of him as a born-again Christian. He will tackle the problems with gusto, and ... he will deal with the spots of famine and the floods and turn people's attention to the potential shift of the earth. He may not call it by that name, since he will not wish to frighten the people ahead of time, but he will be openly discussing safe geographical areas and sponsoring projects in those sections of the country so that people can move there and find employment. He will stress the importance of cooperation among the newcomers with those who are already in those sparsely settled areas, and will see to it that one does not crowd out or infringe on the other. These are necessarily inland areas, and as the time for the shift approaches, he will begin quietly to alert governmental agencies of the need to be on guard ... for the populace will suddenly begin to swarm into those areas at the first signs of severe earth wobble. Even scientists will by then admit to foreseeing a shift, as the President starts preparing for the earth changes. The approaching planetary calamity ... will set the stage for the long-prophesied coming of the Antichrist ..." {pages 263-264] Do you know what is happening here? This President, Clinton, is finally enacting this supernatural plan -- revealed in the mid-1980's -- to Ruth Montgomery!! President Clinton is fulfilling the role which Montgomery's Guides said would be fulfilled by the Walk-in President at the time of the appearance of Antichrist. In other words, Clinton is simply following a carefully prepared script. Remember Lemesurier's words at the end of his book, "The Armageddon Script"? "Their script is not written, subject only to last-minute editing and stage-directions ... The last minute, walk-on parts are even now being filled. Most of the main actors, one suspects, have already taken up their roles. Soon it will be time for them to come on stage, ready for the curtain to rise. The time for action will have come." [Page 252, written in 1981] We can only assume that President Clinton is one of the "main actors". Certainly, he is acting in concert with the Plan to achieve the New World Order by setting aside all these land areas within the United States, and doing so with Executive Order in most cases. Just as the Guides predicted, the President is not calling his plans by any name that sounds Draconian; rather, he is calling them euphemistic names, like American Heritage Rivers Project and Northern Forest Stewardship Act. Clinton is "sponsoring projects" that do not "crowd out or infringe on the other" Americans. Finally, did you note the fact that Montgomery's demonic Guides tied this initiative from this "Walk-in" President to the appearance of Antichrist, whom they call by this name?
