They enthusiastically shout to all who will listen "we must make the world safe for democracy!" What they are really saying is that they are declaring commercial global war in every nation that does not follow their economic monopoly of majority rule. Take the example of Sierra Leone in West Africa. After more than 6 years of civil war, the United Nations covertly took over the bankrupt government by means of overdue monetary obligations and placed over 6 thousand "peacekeeping" troops into that tiny nation for the purpose of controlling the future of their imposed "democracy". In Bosnia, the same scenario took place, but on a greater scale and with more military force. Throughout the world, children are being taught that their nation cannot survive without "democracy", the only way to purportedly obtain security and freedom. But in reality and by definition, "democracy" is nothing more than mob rule as manipulated and paid for by the elite and powerful international money brokers. The failure of pure democracy The word democracy comes from the Greek word dhmokrati`a = dh^mos, the people + kratei^n, to be strong, to rule, or kra`tos, strength. It's a form of government in which the supreme power is retained and directly exercised by the people. It's the majority dictating the future and wealth of the minorities and the individual. Such was the ancient government of Greece. This has been the necessity for each democracy to firstly establish itself, and secondly to survive. But, the inevitable quickly evolves when the slaves rebel and the democracy falls in violence and disarray. Slavery has had many names throughout history, including "the working class," those performing menial labor, those of a minority skin color, immigrants, those who speak a minority language, Christians, and even those who were from the "wrong side of the tracks." A slave to pure democracy and a democratic government is the individual who has no rights and cannot survive without being granted privileges. John Adams was correct when he stated there never was a democracy that did not commit suicide. Democracy in America? The Constitution for the united States, including its Bill of Rights, does not contain the word "democracy." When it was first written and accepted by the individual State nations, "democracy" was a known form of political suicide and was not even spoken of by any man with common sense and an education. In the 1700's, monarchs, aristocrats, kings and royal blood ruled the nations of the world. Even though the American founding fathers disliked such governments and their tyranny, they also knew that a pure democracy was far worse, as history had proven time again since Plato had written about the disasters of democracy before the birth of the Christ, Jesus. The American States being governed by a united federal democracy was never even considered as an option. Hearing President Clinton and his fellow world leaders speak excitedly about "democracy" should send a cold chill down every listener's spine. The sovereign united nation States of America, who ratified and agreed to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, did not form a democracy, nor did they ever agree, in any manner what-so-ever, to a purely democratic form of government. The legal corporate UNITED STATES government may be a democracy, along with the legal corporate STATE governments, but the sovereign States comprised of "We the People" have never agreed to become such. Considering the privileges each American is forced to accept, by definition we can conclude that we are currently ruled by a democratic government. There is a vast difference between a democratic nation of people and a democratic corporate government. Yes, the UNITED STATES is a democratic corporate government, but the people of each sovereign state nation have never agreed to this. Rather, they have been forced to accept it above the non-democratic federal and individual state Constitutions. This is not a minor point of understanding, but the crux of the current "democracy" rule of America, such as Clinton speaks of. America is a constitutional republic, yet she is ruled by the corporate and commercially founded "legal" - not Lawful - UNITED STATES and fifty STATE democratic governments. Knowing the difference is essential to understanding what America was, what she has become, and seeing what our future holds. The writing is on the wall. We must know the meanings of the words and their intent in order to understand the message. Our Constitutional Republic With the acceptance of the original Constitution for the united States, with its attached Bill of Rights, the individual member state nations joined together to become a constitutional republic. Why does our national pledge declare "I pledge allegiance, to the flag, of the United States of America, and to the republic, for which it stands..."? Why does our federal Constitution proclaim "The [federal] United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a republican form of government..." in Article IV, Section IV? The word republic is derived from the Latin word respublica; = res, a thing, an affair + publicus or publica, public. A standard synonym is commonwealth, which is a state in which the exercise of the sovereign power is lodged in representatives elected by the people. It differs from a democracy or democratic state, in which the people exercise the powers of sovereignty in person. A republic or commonwealth is a state; a body politic consisting of a certain number of men, united, by compact or tacit agreement, under one form of government and system of laws. [see Webster's Dictionaries of 1828 & 1913]. Common + wealth = well-being. The word commonwealth signifies, strictly, the common good or happiness; and hence, the form of government supposed best to secure the public good. A commonwealth is properly a free state; a popular or representative government; a republic. [Ibid]. It was Westbrook Pegler who summed things up extremely well when, in 1951, he wrote: "Long live the glorious republic of the United States of America. DAMN DEMOCRACY. It is a fraudulent term, used often by ignorant persons, but no less often by intellectual fakers, to describe an infamous mixture of socialism, miscegenation, graft, confiscation of property, and a denial of personal rights to individuals whose virtuous principals make them offensive." In our authorized, but currently dormant and inactive, constitutional republic, we are to elect people to legislative positions in order to - theoretically - represent our interests and to carry out the duties of the state and federal civil governments. The basis of our constitutional republic is founded upon the federal Constitution, our lawful compact and agreement [see the definition of republic above] between each member state nation, along with its three branch governmental system of checks and balances, which are allegedly: an elected legislature, to make the laws of our constitutional republic; a federal executive office, which is to enforce and administer those laws; and, a judiciary, which is to decide if those laws are made in accordance with the federal Constitution. Today, this no longer exists. All has been replaced by a democratic corporate "legal" system. Legal is not necessarily lawful, and in this case, it certainly is not. Legal is the form and rule of law; lawful is the law of the people itself. Form and rule have taken over and falsely been labeled as "law." The true law of the people has been replaced by legalities of rule and form as codes and regulations administered by corporations. The controllers of Democratic Rule Who really controls the world governments and forces them into accepting "democracy?" The basis for this - worldwide - is the "legal" corporation. A corporation is the epitome of democracy and democratic rule, whereby the majority of stockholders or shareholders rules and holds power over the minority owners. It's ironic that the federal united States government created the "laws" - actually executive codes, rules and regulations - that founded the existence of corporations - artificial "persons" - in order to replace "We the People." By doing so, the power brokers have been able to rule without checks or balances through various government corporations. Skeptical? Why has every state government, first established by the people in Law, each become a legal corporate STATE government? Why did the federal government of the united States incorporate itself as the UNITED STATES? Lawfully, it is the people who created the federal and state governments, and all the federal and state chartered corporations - legal entities, not people - are supposed to be subservient to the state governments which created them. However, this has been turned around 180 degrees whereby the legal corporations have taken the place of the people, and the people have become subject to their regulations. The American people are not in charge of the corporations that have become their federal and state governments. Since 1865, this has not been so for both the southern and the northern States. Since that time, one by one, each formerly lawful state government was inconspicuously put out to pasture and replaced by an incorporated STATE government. In theory and practice, the legal creator has created a new electorate and citizenry, formerly the people. Now, the "people" are corporate entities and privileged slaves. "We the People" are no longer recognized by the corporate governments ruling America. We have each been given new corporate NAMES, with full capital letter spelling, so that the democratic rulers of the corporations can control each of us. We are slaves to the legalities that created our substitute democratic governments. We no longer have "rights" as guaranteed by our sleeping Constitutions. Rather, we have privileges given to us by our democratic governments. The constitutional republic known as the united States of America is dormant and in a deep prolonged coma. So are the lawful judicial courts and legislature. Why? Because the people, who are the commonwealth of America, have been fooled into believing that the incorporate UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the same. They have been told that a STATE is a state, a COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT is a lawful circuit court, and so on. We've been fooled and hoodwinked into believing that our constitutional republic is still in force and effect, but in all law and reality, it has been replaced by a pure corporate democracy. Perhaps now it's easier to understand why Clinton spews the goodness of "democracy." A democratic society is a mob rule society controlled by power brokers, a.k.a. bankers. The power brokers have exchanged our constitutional republic for a democracy. While our constitutional republic has not been abolished (that would be too obvious), it has been placed into a deep coma and can only be awakened when the people themselves wake up. Every American is ruled by a corporate democracy of one type or another. The courts, mandatory insurance programs, governments, privilege licenses, permits, ad nauseam, are all controlled by corporations. The power brokers, the world banksters, rule the democratic mob once known as the united States of America. Knowing this, it's time to wake up the sleeping giant of constitutional republicanism that founded America. The corporate governments controlling the federal UNITED STATES and your STATE can be removed when We the People decide to do so. Complying with the lies of democratic legalism is the same as endorsing it. Accepting the privileges and benefits meted out by the corporate governments is a vote for them to continue. Accepting our position as slaves to democracy can no longer be tolerated if we ever expect America to be a constitutional republic once again. The mob rule of pure corporate democracy must be stopped if America is to survive. Slaves have no rights, but we are not to be the slaves! It is the governments who are subservient to the people... or so our nation was founded upon. From local council meetings to Washington City, we must demand the artificial entities and corporate persons step down from their penthouses, official seats, and out of their limousines. We the People must reinstate the lawful governments in each state and in Washington City. We must wake up our foundational existence. If not, our future will be one of democratic slavery far worse than where we now stand. Those who control commerce control the corporations. Those who control the corporations control the people. Democracy is not only alive and well in America, it has taken over our constitutional republic.
